Sorry but this is not authentic recipe.. it is just khova stuffed rosagulla ... T Chom chom should be atleast boiled for 40 min on low flame ... Also the colour should be dark gold yellow

Made this just now as I love cham cham and can't get it in UK, everything was good great except it didn't turn out as sweet as it should be. Note :- dont take 8cups of water for 1 n hf cup of sugar, its too less. Take 1:2 ratio for perfect sweetness, i,e for every 1cup of sugar 2 cups of water.
God has given u the mouth so pleas use that and tell us some instructions also which may help us for example after how much time should we add vinegar to milk etc.
