Will be interesting to see how much quicker they can go in 2023 now that most teams should have eliminated the porposing with the exception of the high speed sweeping left hander
If you're an F1 fan you HAVE to see these machines in real life... It's happening right in front of your eyes and your brain can't comprehend how fast these things brake and go through corners.
I saw this cars this year in Spa Francorchamps. The Eau Rouge corner flat out is the most impressive thing i saw in my entire life. This is unbelievable.
I have at Gilles Villeneuve i was a detailer There and i drove the amgs on the track, IT was AMAZING V8 TWIN TURBO with my friends what a Krazy experience, i had a vip pass also.
This angle gives such a good idea of how uncomfortable it must be to be pulled in each direction so hard so quickly. Their bodies go through so much driving these things for hours at a time. wow
I’ve unfortunately never been to an F1 race, however I have been to many other races and let me tell you. Everyone who is a motorsports fan needs to go to see a race in real life. The sight, the sound, the smell of racing fuel and burning rubber, the ground trembling beneath you. It’s quite an amazing experience!
Yeah but not an F1 race. Unless you have loads of money, lives near the event, and never witnessed the V8s or before, it’s a massive waste of time and money
@@Jimmie92 doesn't matter how a new fan is a new fan overall the sport is going to be better with fresh eyes. We don't want F1 to turn into NASCAR with a dying fan base
the mercedes pu is the loudest, and the mclaren is the loudest car by far. what you mean is the ferarri is the only car you can hear the wastegate open
100%, looking back i wish i spent more time near braking zones, the start of the vid was the only time I did all weekend and the downshifts sounded so cool.
The V6 engines don't have that approach noise that the Aspirados had, but it does have a big noise on the way out, when it's on its back after passing.
Yeah they are missing that approach noise which made things more intense at the track. I do enjoy the downshifts and off throttle gurgle noises from the V6 engine. The V6 actually sounds louder when they're off throttle vs when they're wide open on the straight.
I’ve only been to one F1 race in my life and that was Spa 2022. I sat at Pouhon (the double left hander) and it’s hard to fathom how fast they are. It’s mind blowing seeing them almost take it flat at over 170mph
Great viewing! Please do the same for the Bike Grand Prix at Phillip Island this year! (MotoGP) The two-wheeled pinnacle where you can actually see what the rider is doing!
The other thing that gives the speed of these Cars perspective is that they have the V8 Supercars as a support race. You watch them and think "that's pretty quick" they all go past and you wait about 45 seconds and the leader goes past again...the F1's you don't get much time to wait, the last car goes past and about 15 seconds later the leader goes past again. It takes about an hour to walk the track and it takes them just over a minute.
If you set the video speed to 2x, you can see what a hypothetical completely unregulated f1 car would be able to do (Maybe not fully accurate tho, idk if unregulated f1 cars would be able to turn a sharp corner at 300mph, but im also not an engineer or a aero specialist so i wouldnt know.)
Shame that F1TV always reduces the sound those cars. I think they aren't too bad in terms of engine sound. I know that V10 and V8s have glorious sound but V6 hybrids sound better compared to what you hear from TV
@@PSMotorsport Went to the F1 medical centre on the Saturday for a full medical then the hotlaps were Sunday morning of the Grandprix. Was great they put us in the pit exit sky box for both days!
i actually couldn't watch f1 on tv for 4 months after seeing it live. What's even more epic than the speed is how late they can break and quickly slow thr car to a near halt and then dart off like a rocket. Bends mean nothing. F1 truly is mans handshake with the universe!
At least there are a few of us left who, remember, what it's like to experience what #F1 cars from the previous. "golden era" generation ot Once were ;-)(

Audio recorded with a binaural microphone(3Dio Freespace) use headphones for the best experience :)
insane mic you can tell the distinct and different sounds each car on the grid makes

😂I’m trying. Tickets are so expensive
Yeah, it's absolutely amazing. Seeing F1 cars go at speeds that my brain can't process through the corners blows my mind
it is not as fast as i thought

These perspectives behind the fence should be in the commercial coverage for the sense of speed around the track

1:41 Danny Ric spectating?
It's the speed in the corners that really sets f1 apart. The car shouldn't be that sticky. It's hard to comprehend lol
Yep, when you realise you're watching 800kg of mass moving in such a way it really does boggle the mind.
This is the best corner in all of f1. One of the only ones that actually puts the insane speed of these cars into perspective
Sadly no Honda downshifts, would have been the perfect video, good thing i will hear it once again live in hungary
100%, looking back i wish i spent more time near braking zones, the start of the vid was the only time I did all weekend and the downshifts sounded so cool.
The Alpine sounds fantastic, distinctly different noise.
Mclaren too....
I was there and saying that to myself too
I was there and really loved the sound of the alfas. You could hear the turbo spool up
Ferraris wastegate opening sounds the best
no video can ever do these cars justice. seeing the raw corner speed with your is just insane
It's pure insanity the speed they fly around the corners and don't crash or even flick the wheel
That's how it is Built

Whats the reason for than “explosion” in the sound 1:15 that not all times happens ?

The mclaren sounded louder than the other cars
Τhat Ferrari wastegate.....like a jet taking of.........
Who's that alphatauri that goes in the gravel?
Pretty sure it was Yuki
wow
It’s so fast it honestly looks sped up.
And yet the official broadcast fails to show the sense of speed and breaking forces..
The sound 😢😢😢😢
The Red Bulls and Alpha Tauris sound really muffled compared to the other cars
