Just come across your channel,these are really good Video's,thank for spending your time,I'm a gas Safe Plumber ,I've mainly done installation, trying to improve at Service ing and breakdown's,these are a great help.

I have seen different manufacturers syphons blocked (some clean the heat ex but do not flush it through the sump and clean the syphon - which takes a few more minutes). poor water can also cause the diaphragm to perish in the ex vess, especially if its aggressive. I tend to use a rag or similar to clean the aav hole, as wire wool strands could fall off and circulate through the unit. TIP - when adjusting the gas valve max, don't leave the tool sitting in it, as the pressure from the tool resting at an angle could affect the reading by 0.1% on average, I always adjust - remove - check - re-adjust if needed. not a bad little job really. good checks carried out :)

Another brilliant informative video funny enough done a worcester greenstar 30si had similar issues condense was caked up causing ignition problems and it had poor water quality as well...again great content dude keep them coming i tend to watch your videos in the van waiting to be let into a property 9/10
