Good vid that. as frustrating as these kind of breakdowns are when your on them it’s satisfying to get them back working. Can’t remember the last boiler breakdown down I had which had a aps
Exactly there’s nothing more satisfying than getting a nightmare boiler working, unfortunately some customers expect miracles and I’m runny low on them at the min 😂😂
Great video thanks for posting enjoy your content. Big spark from that fan when you added the power :) not sure you seen the fan when you turned it on but you knew anyway.
Thanks mate , yes saw it flash at the rear , I try my best to include testing techniques I use for the newer engineers, we’re all guilty of being complacent and guessing at parts but it can bite you in the but sometimes
Good repair that. I love a little tester of a job How you find charging customer for that. Just do it on a hourly rate? Or a set price once you diagnosed it?
Fitted loads of them back in the late 90’s/early 00’s. Good boiler; like a floor standing Profile/Prima/Netaheat.
I liked these boilers , pretty simple to work on , have to scratch your head when you haven’t seen 1 for about 10 yrs 😂😂

Excellent diagnostics and seeing a job through to a satisfactory outcome. Proper engineer.😀👍
Thank you mate appreciated , just got to exhaust all avenues and knowledge sometimes before calling it a day
Great vid. Patience paid off.❤
Did you test the continuity on NO and common when you first tested the aps? And it made that beeping sound...
Good video. Don't see many of them about now
Yes not many on my patch great boilers I thought
I installed one 20 years ago. Replaced it last year only thing changed was the fan
