There are thousands of drummers out there playing with sincere passion, all the way from high school talent shows to stadium gigs! The masks were scary af and thenmusic equally brutal who would ever have thought at this time that 20nyears down the road they would be one of the biggest bands in the world!! Unreal footage
It was a refreshing slap in the face when everyone was going the way of Colin Richardson style tightness and refinement for their guitar tone and using Dual Rectifiers for everything. Don’t get me wrong, that’s an amazing sound in its own right, but nothing sounds quite as aggressive and raw as Slipknot’s self titled.
