    I wanted to just say thanks b/c you (in a way) taught me how to put nice meals together that are both mentally and physically satisfying. I like this channel a lot! Thanks! I even have a grocery list I love! :)

    Watching this, I think most of my issue has been non-body eating. As in…it’s not “what” that’s the problem. It’s that I eat when I’m not hungry (boredom, distraction, driving/TV, etc).

    I cannot eat crumbl cookies. I get a migraine + sluggish and it ruins my day. However, if I bake my own cookies with gluten-free flour and coconut palm sugar, I can control what is in it that causes the issues I get.

    I am obsessed with whole wheat bread right now. I think I had bread and butter on all 3 meals yesterday lol. i tend to go between rice and whole wheat bread for my carbs (cuz rice just tastes like candy to me lol). my coworker who is still in diet culture mentality was shocked and was like "don't eat bread!" but she still eats rice. i don't get it? oh well, so all I did was shrug and say "I like it." can you do a video on reactions you might get if other people around you are still in the diet mentality and put rules on themselves?
