Over the years I've watched the "People are Awesome" videos. Don's Version reigns supreme. He's the only one that completely captured the statement in it's entirety. Don is awesome.

Oh good Lord I'm glad these aren't my children but I do know I have nieces and nephews that would try some of this. Nick, Ted & Joe to name a few:) The music build up is great. This is very well put together.

Great video Don! And for anyone who is thinking about Cliff Diving or Sky Diving, let me tell you, I went for my first time last year and there are no words to describe it... Just save up for a couple months and just do it. You will NOT be disappointed!

The first guy is kite skiing so he will just glide down, the second guy has a base jumping backpack and is freeclimbing, if he should fall he pulls his shoot but you don't get to see that part.
The song is "Final Charge" in the last samurai soundtrack. If you haven't seen that movie...holy shit I suggest you watch it. Amazing movie, one of the best i've ever seen. Nice vid btw

I would suggest that these people wear a parachute.. 1. It's much safer than a helmet!! 2. They don't have to climb all way down which is more challenging but it's also faster. 3. We can't afford loosing people with such balls!
The 3D effect is probably created with 2 cameras from slightly different angles, alternating between frames. The effect is masked with the motion of the cameras.
