My VW MK3 1994 1.8 ACC engine has the original Alternator running strong. Those cars are just amazing as the Air Conditioner is still original and working fine. Was that water pump made of plastic?
The factory pump was composite and we went backtogether with another composite impeller.
Wouldn't it be funny if you replaced the alternator and then found out afterward it was a blown fuse the whole time?
Yeah, but not funny haha. More like funny oh Nooooo! I didn’t think it would be a fuse given the variability of the output.
@@DrivingForwardBuilds In the real world, people don't bother checking fuses until after the second replacement alternator is installed.
