Aurélie Tropez (FR) made her debut as a jazz musician at the age of 13. She studied classical saxophone and jazz clarinet in Nice and Paris and has won several awards for her exceptional playing.
After studying the great masters of the clarinet such as Jimmy Noone, Barney Bigard, Benny Goodman, Jimmy Hamilton, Buddy de Franco and many others, she developed a very personal style of playing which is a combination of New York jazz. Orléans and Swing. Today,
Aurélie Tropez is a freelancer recognized in all
fields, from duets to big bands.
David Arthur Skinner is one of the best Norwegian jazz pianists, in addition to being a conductor and composer. He is known as a performer of all types of improvised music, from traditional jazz to stride, swing, bebop and contemporary music.
With the experienced and hard-hitting bassist Stig Hvalryg and the super talented Magnus Eide on drums, this will be a performance of the
highest class!
