Phillip, this is beautiful on the organ. I discovered this piece several years ago as part of our church's Clavinova, on the demonstration setting. I thought it was so beautiful, but I wasn't familiar with it previously. Is this just adapted to the organ, or is is transcribed for organ? You play it so beautifully. Bravo .
Dear John. I first heard the Sicilienne played beautifully by Thomas Ospital here on TH-cam. I quickly found out that it had the transcribed by Louis Robilliard so I ordered the arrangement online. Beautiful. The Sicilienne by Faure is very similar to Harry Potter's theme in some sort of way.
There is some intervals that remind a bit on the main theme :) Thank you Storee!
