We have a patterdale terrier who was very reactive. We used food to break the reactivity plus a LOT of training. I did learn from this video. They are not a dog for beginners. Elly is now a well trained dog Great video 🎉
exactly like my pat, and lovely to see a trainer who loves the breed. unfortunately we have used previous trainers who have said she will turn aggressive just because of her breed and because she is reactive :( looking forward to trying this out with her
This is really interesting and inspiring. I'll be taking my Airedale out shortly and will try his slip leash again. I'd given up because all he does is pull and choke himself whatever I do with it! But I'll give it another try this evening 😄 PS - made me miss my old Patterdale!

Dog reactivity is emotionally draining, there's no quick fix & alot of judgement from others. I hope they can get some more joy witn him
