    Hi, Dani!
    I missed my period in September but got it today. It's not so strong (I see it more as spotting and the color is a little off tbh) but I've been eating more to support and strengthen it all day. What are foods we could be eating during the menses to get a better, more consistent flow going/maintain a longer period/stronger flow?
