this is the most accurate DEP meeting I've seen for RCT training. this is basically exactly what we did besides maybe the clean the deck game and footlocker drills.
OH and yea, there is one other female that comes pretty regularly to as well as another one who isn't from our office but PTs with us sometimes. I'm the only female poolee right now though.
I know ha ha, I think the first thing he said was for us to yell out of our "fat, disgusting mouths" Oh good times, and he was being so easy on us for the families sake. XD
