    I love when you do these compilation videos based on a protein or a theme. This one, for me, has some old faves and some I meant to try and somehow never got to. I must remedy that!!

    I'm making this tonight. My pork roast from another meal was cooked in the crock pot with green beans. Will add some red onion, carrot slivers and let simmer in red sauce. Although the sesame soy sauce with siracha sounds good too!

    can i eat all of this without gallbladder?
    i was wondering because of butter and some dairy on the video
    thanks in advance for reply
    very good video

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I'd recommend talking with your doctor before doing so, but you can do keto with no gallbladder. You may need to ease into it to begin with, but we have a lot more information here: www.ruled.me/how-to-follow-keto-without-a-gallbladder/

    What was that white powder at 19:07 that you thickened the gravy for the pork chops with? It thickened the gravy beautifully. What was it?

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It says at the top of the video - it's xanthan gum. It's a thickener that's commonly used!

    Does the onion have carbs?

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, onion has carbs but if used in smaller amounts for flavor it's still quite low in carbs.

      Depends on the recipe and depends on your own macros. You can check the description for nutrition info.

    In real life, one would use two burners and have hot green beans with hot pork chops and gravy

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can rest the pork as the green beans are cooking - they don't take very long. Or you can stick them back in the pan a minute before serving if you want them very hot. You can use 2 pans if you prefer, though, adjusting recipes to your own tastes/lifestyle is the best part of cooking 😄

    Why won't you talk and tell us what you are doing???? Those of us with limited vision have no clue making this good sounding video WORTHLESS.

    • @RuledMe
      @RuledMe  2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      If you have limited vision and can't see the text on the screen, why are you watching a TH-cam video? Go to the written recipe that's linked in the description and use a text reader? Trying to watch a video with severely limited vision sounds like a bad use of your time when you can visit a much better version that's accessible for you.

    Your content is highly interesting and informative, but the music does not complement it and is completely irrelevant.

      Sorry you feel that way - you can always mute it. I do also link the written recipes in the description so that you can see a step-by-step approach instead.
