It's funny how animals want to be part of everything we do. My cats loved to play in the limbs piles and climb on the wood stacks. When I split wood they would carry off smaller kindling & bark. My runt brings in long tall dead grass like birds & squirrels do, up to 50 per day.
I am glad you get a vacation. I worked 2 jobs for 33 years with no vacation. Now I have been on permanent vacation for the past 21 years.

Yeah no brakes on a quad it's very dangerous the same thing will happen to me I had no brakes on my three Wheeler while I was hunting and thought it was no big deal cause a low gear was so low you could just creep down the hill well three Wheeler popped out a gear wouldn't go back into the gear so I was freewheeling all the way down the hill and it was a clip on one side so I flipped the trike and it landed on top of me and yeah I got to cut up pretty good needless to say that was the last time I drove my trike got rid of it

Hey a Charlie Brown tree so cute lol. Your a Greg's trip to Mexico no doubt was very welcoming, From the snow you left behind .The abandoned house had awesome view's and nice structure sad about the graffiti. The drug lord that owned that home was arrested in 2022, for the killing and torturer of a US drug enforcement agent. Love the drone footage of the area thanks for bringing us.

Hello Katie and Greg! Mexico is so beautiful and warm as you seen for yourself when hiking up to the mountain to the abandon house. I hope that you had an awesome time and got time to rest for a change. It has been an awesome 2023 watching you two continually making improvements and building the barn on your homestead. Hi Katie and Greg! Your trip to Mexico looked great and I'm sure you had an enjoyable time. I always wondered who the drone pilot was and now I have seen, apparently both of you. Yet another skill you have aquired and gotten good at Katie 😉 That abandoned building was really an amazing structure. The architecture was quite stunning and unique. It perfectly captured its setting and moutain top location to provide unique room design and spectacular views 360 degrees. That marker was placed almost 50 years ago, in 1957. What an effort and challenge that must have been to build. It's a shame it was abandoned and let go all these years. You did a great job editing this and used a nice music selection making it very nice to view. You captured some excellent drone footage! The quad adventure looked like a lot of fun. You are probably back now catching up on a few things and reflecting on your good time in Mexico. Katie and Greg, have a very Merry Christmas and holiday season.
