The whole movie is kind of a roadtrip. Werner (the guy with the crown) and his brother Andy (the driver) wanted a holiday (without permission of Röhrich, Werners craftsmen master, of course), made Eckat drunk so he won't tell the Master and comes with them to their roadtrip to Corsica. They decide with a dice game, who is King and the "King" decides, what they shall do. At first, they sit in a normal car which simply shuts off after a while. But instead of trying to repair their car, they see a new car (an american Oldsmobile Regency 98, Construction year 1975) and simply steal it. After they hit a boundary stone, they not only repair the car, but improve it until it looked like you've seen it here. Their holiday at Corsica is short (they simply take a "dive" into the shallow water and then drive home again).
Yes, and the two cops were just driving around with a large package of confiscated Marihuana wheat in their luggage trunk that they should deliver to their police station. Instead when they realize that Werner and Co had stolen a car, they decide to leave their district without informing their superiors and follow them driving through the entire country, from the Nothsee Coast to the Switzer Border, with a package of drugs in their car and are then "of course" when they tried to cross the border with it, stopped as suspected organized drug-smugglers.

Hello from Switzerland, we speak a dialect (sometimes very different from region to region) that even Germans have difficulty or cannot understand at all. If we then try to speak standard German, it sounds to many Germans as if we are still speaking dialect (but at least they understand us for the most part). 🤣🤣🤣
