Yes there’s class you have to take to become a manager. Then at mine after you finishes the classes you will have to take a verification test you have to pass the verification test to become a certified manager. Then you have to pass the Serv Safe Test ( Food Safety Certification).

The manager is required to do the same amount of work, if not more than the employees. They manage everything including the people on the clock. The only difference truly is that they have no breaks (on the clock until they get off) and the pay range.
The general standard is work experience, or desperation of the franchise; it varies. I’ve met mangers who were hired at entry given the manager role. It’s not necessarily an honorable title as it would be for corporate jobs, but rather, another position.
Good performance, good attendance, at least 6 months experience as a 'Crew Trainer' (1 promotion from 'Crew Member'), online orientation, available to work anytime, the position to be available (They tend to cap the amount of managers but they'll become available again when managers quit), know how to do pretty much anything and how to deal with any situation
That would water the tea down overtime. Usually there will be an automatic machine that makes drinks. With sweet/unsweetened tea it gives you a cup of ice and you have to pour the tea manually.
