BMW 328ix Headlight Bulb install | HID

Today I installed a HID headlight bulb on a 2011 BMW 328xi. It was a very simple procedure. I hope you guys enjoyed and found this video informative. You can have a bad ballast unfortunately that would be the other problem

Hey is it the same steps for a 2007 328i coupe and do you have any other videos on the other bulbs like the day time running lights or even the fog lights?

I have a 2007 328xi coupe. The easiest way is to open the hood, access light bulbs through the front, pop cover w/flat head and voila!. I think it's easier going under the hood of the car

Imani Questel it depends on the trim package you get. This 2011 328ix comes stock with HIDs. So in the case we just were replacing the burnt out bulb

There’s a bulb there and it’s hard to get too without tiny hands but it’s doable 😬

My light doesn’t look like that. My bulb looks screwed in. And there are no torks it’s just a clip.

Hmm that’s interesting is yours definitely equipped with HID? Because the halogen will be a different setup

That’s odd, it shouldn’t be different on either side. So something must be aftermarket or something

Is the low beam same as the high beam meaning they used the same bulb?
