cracking video carol you both did really well. the inclines are bad enough but the descent can be a killer on the knees and thighs if its a steep one. i love my mountain bike and coming down wouldn't be the problem for me its getting up there in the first place lol 😊
I'd much rather go up then down lol but unfortunately you have to do both don't you 🤣🤣. I don't think I'll be taking my bike up a mountain anytime soon 😅
@@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment lol tbf i've used mine in the peak district but never up anything in scotland or wales its bad enough on foot lol. & yes if you go up you need to come down but eventually it gets a bit easier but still a killer the day after ☺
@JIMcLauchlan I'm usually alright the day after , think my legs are used to it now. Still get out of breath though 🤣. Some of my videos sound a bit dodgy haha
