Today I reacted to Dimash s.o.s stage. I can't tell you how blown away I am at his vocal range and singing ability! Even after this reaction I went back to watch it a few more times!

The original "S.O.S" was part of a rock opera called "Starmania" produced back in 1976, which was written and composed by Michel Berg and Luc Plamondon, from France and Quebec respectively. The song became a big hit in French music circles, but remained quite obscure in the US/Anglo music industry until it was recently revived by Dimash. It was his performance on the Chinese TV talent competition "I am a Singer" in 2017 that both Dimash and the song went viral. Dimash is from Kazakhstan, but he was invited to participate in the "Singer", and almost immediately he won millions of new fans in China and internationally.
The song was written and intended to be performed by a single vocalist (not a duet), but of course Dimash's rendition - with his incredible 7-octave+ range - brought it to new heights. Dimash is a singularly incredible talent who combines classical opera with contemporary pop and traditional Kazakh music. Hope you will dive into his musicality further!

It is a song from a musical. Trust me, the origional singer didn't sing it with this arrangement and it didn't sound anything like this. Nobody can sing this song like he does

Dimash tiene talento natural, pero sin dudas ha trabajado arduo durante toda su vida para lograr lo que hace, ha estudiado música y piano desde los 5 años durante toda su época escolar, luego ingresó a la universidad y cursó 2 licenciaturas, en canto clásico y contemporáneo, seguido de ello obtuvo su maestría en composición musical y actualmente cursa un doctorado en musicología, fuera de lo académico, proviene de una familia de músicos, por lo que siempre ha vivido rodeado de ese mundo. La razón de que no hayas oído de él antes, es posiblemente porque Dimash es un artista independiente, no hay disqueras o grandes productoras que publiciten su arte (varias lo han intentado, pero a Dimash le gusta toda clase de música, de géneros muy variados, y en post de su libertad creativa, ha decidido forjar su carrera como artista independiente y no estar atado a las necesidades comerciales de la industria musical). Dimash is an everything singer. He can sing any genre. He can sing in many languages while being fluent in his native Kazakh and Russian with English quickly becoming his third. He can compose, act, play multiple instruments, rap and even dance for us sometimes. This was in 2018. He has only gotten better and better. Try Stranger by Dimash.

Спасибо красавица. Канечно с каждым разом Димаш улучшает. Но мне нравиться версия из Айм Сингер 2017 года. Особенно реакция Сэнди Лэм первое и искреннее которая заняла первое место.
А все последующие её реакции были уже не очень😂 То она щеки надувала, то стояла злая и чёрная от злости!😁 Мне кажется, это она подсыпала снотворное в воду Димаша. Да и конкурс оказался не совсем честным, ведь должен был победить однозначно Димащ! He began his classical/operatic vocal and instrument training at age 5 and continued fulltime until age 25 . He will be 29 the May 24th and has only gotten better and better.
He is currently living in Las Angeles working on a degree in Film Directing. This came on the hills of him having completed his Doctoral Studies and Dissertation in music.
He is also athletic, caring, giving, Very close to his grandparents, parents, siblings, and family friends.
He is from Kazakhstan and is the son of singers.
(The film school scholarship was regretfully given up by Dimash.)

I first heard him on the show "World's Best" where the only two people out of 53 judges who did not give him a "Yes" was because one said he "was too perfect" and the other said "just because you have it you don't need to flaunt it." Unfortunately, you can only hear him for the first time once so I check in every week to see if there are any new reactions to Dimash for the first time and I can vicariously enjoy their first times too. Dimash calls his fans "dears" and I am proud to be one of them.

Plot:
The action taking place in a rock opera is the future. There is only one state on Earth ruled by a dictator. Earthlings living as if in a cage, surrounded by glass and concrete, are in despair. A protest is unwittingly brewing in them, led by Johnny's boyfriend, who led the fight against the dictatorship. During the resistance to the regime, Johnny's beloved girlfriend dies in his arms. A desperate and heartbroken rebel expresses his pain with an SOS aria. The finale of the rock opera is tragic.
And in the song, these sharp transitions in the key from low to high and back, as well as the volume of the sound from a whisper to a scream, were supposed to express this grief, despair, mental tossing, confusion and a dream of the impossible. And Dimash Kudaibergen lived this song! It was lived, not sung, as many performers do. He sings as if a dying lover is lying in front of him - with such emotions and suffering all over his body.

After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for one of his most recent songs and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Each performance will leave you stunned. Thank you for reacting to our Dimash from a loyal "Dear" (fandom name given to us by Dimash, because we are dear to him like his family). He sings many genres and yes classicly trained. He can pretty much do anything he wants. I recommend checking out some of his early stuff from the Singer (Chinese show) that really broke him out. Maybe Opera 2 is a fun flirty song, no it's not ooera, maybe an english song, Hello, show must go on Adagio, and many will say Sinful passion and love is like a dream. His sung range G0-D8 7.7 octaves

Welcome to Dimash world , Dimash was rated as the most powerful and strongest vocal singer in the entire world , he has 6 Octaves range and rare technique which make him able to switch between keyes and change registers and octaves in a blink of eye.
His parents are Opera singers and he was in vocal traning since he was 6 years old although he have a talent gift of 4 peaple , he sang in 13 different languages and most of the songs that he singes is a very very very difficult songs , some are cover and some are origenal and he always put a special Dimash touch in the cover songs he singes .
