    I've been delighted with your videos as well as your selection of notions -- so many ideas that are new to me, and clearly demonstrated.
    Thank you very much.

    Thank you for this video. I have learned so much from you over the years from your quilting books. Needless to say, I have lots of scraps and these mats would be perfect to use them all up!Keep up the great work. You are a marvelous teacher. God bless.

    Love the watermelon! Leftover pieces may be made into 2" coils which make fun game pieces for kids to slid across a table into cup "baskets" hung for the edge. And on wood floors cats love them!

    okay but how do you stop the needle from breaking?

    • @TinekeWilliams
      @TinekeWilliams 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Don't pull the needle when it comes down, at its most vulnerable so no yanking on the fabric. Guiding is the operative word. 😊

    • @jofloresz
      @jofloresz 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tineke Williams Thank you I'll try that I'm just too rough I think. I'm new to sewing I'm a woodworker. It is so much fun though! No yanking got it!

      Your show has inspired me to take my sewing machine out of storage and sew on! Since then I have made hundreds of outfits for a volunteer group that gives away clothing in third world countries.

    Can I use any fabric I have

    • @NancysNotions
      @NancysNotions  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Diane Betts
      Hi Diane! Yes, you can use just about any fabric from your scrap stash, but it must be something your machine can comfortably sew through (I wouldn't try it with heavy decor fabrics or vinyl, for instance).

    Tudah Rbah (thank you very much, in Hebrew). Before I leave, let me tell you, the real and ancient Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah (Exodus 3:13-14). Also, we are to do the 7 appointed times (we, all people, not just the Jews), as written in Leviticus 23.
