Question wouldn't it be a great if we can get a communication log in which call recording of cold caller attached on the lead? is it possible?
No problem. You can have logs of calls, recordings, etc. All depending on your selected phone system integration.
Number of calls attempts did you set it up with workflow? From outgoing call? Thanks
Yes you are correct. its a workflow on the outgoing calls that are more then 9 seconds with a custom function to count the calls.
can i ask.. does crm able to track whatsapp message? nowadays less people wanna accept phone call in my country. they do prefer whatsapp plz =)
yes there are multiple whatsapp solutions. some native and some plugin based. Check my videos. I have a few on this topic.
