When Bishop Ulmer started crying at the 43:00 minute mark, I teared up myself. I understand how he might feel that he cheated people by not addressing social issues when he was younger, but he is not cheating us now. We all learn from our mistakes and I am glad he learned from his and is condemning leaders who are not talking about race.

I left the church last year to teach myself God’s word. I wanted to learn about saving souls and loving one another as Jesus commanded when he walked this earth. The churches I had attended preached “the Blessed life” and prosperity and my spirit was deeply moved in a negative way. I have learned so much more reading and researching for myself and sharing and discussing God’s word with friends and family. Dear Church, please get back to good ole religion of saving souls, loving each other, feeding the poor, stop looking down on your brothers and sisters...I could go on...Many megachurches are now politicized. Please go back to the Bible. Stop telling people who to vote for. Preach Christ instead.

@@kennyjackson2279 , that is a trick of the enemy. Go look at the early church in Acts. There are no pastors anywhere to be found. We are to be a community of believers learning together and no one man should be teaching all and everything. What the sister is doing is what God has really called us to do. Institutional church is unscriptural.

@@jasongraham5582 Exactly, like this sister, years ago the Holy Spirit told me to stop going to a building to worship him. At the time I was going 5 nights a week. He told me it was time for me to stop going to church and to become the Church. To stop seeking a word and to become one with The Word. Now whenever, I have conversations with other believers they always want to know what "church" I go to because they want to be taught by that pastor. They are always shocked when I tell them I don't. I assure them that I believe in fellowshipping with other believers, however, in Hebrews it does not say that fellowship had to be a formal thing instituted at a designated building by a man and the worship team. My pastor is Jesus, Himself. My teacher is the Holy Spirit. And they guarantee me access to the Father. So that I am right where I need to be, in the middle of His love. The place where He intends for all of us to be.

I love this dialogue, however, to Pastor Dudley Rutherford's point, having a multi ethnic/racial church DOES NOT solve these problems UNLESS the plight of the most oppressed ethnicities and races is voiced and solved collectively. Many white churches have had the privilege of having black members in their church, but yet have failed to address the issue of systematic racism. It's not necessarily the mixing of races within a church, but the vehement stance against racism that makes the difference!

I said the VERY same thing to my husband last week and to hear him say that...SMH. IT DOES NOT WORK! YES, it is NOT the solution!!! Thank you for saying this. Looking like heaven has been the problem, but not SOUNDING with one voice is not what Christ has called unity.

I’m not sure if I can ever feel comfortable there... I’m definitely looking to return to a church in my own community... it’s very exhausting self monitoring to keep certain people comfortable.... my eyes are open... their silence or not being willing to take a stand for black lives and sitting back while we are fighting...fighting for our lives.. for our people to not be killed...& they are silent...I will never financially support a church that ignores my pain. I’m tired of sitting in rooms with people who talk about reconciliation and go get into their cars covered by trump stickers... claiming that he is for the evangelical church.... life is only protected in the womb... once born.... it’s not valuable..racism hiding behind religion...

This was one of the most honest discussions thus far. It was honest and pure. I love Bishop Ulmer's good friend that felt he had to defend Bishop Ulmer's stance to White Evangelicals. It angers me that White evangelicals are upset at Bishop Ulmer's outrage, but they fail to be angry nor sorry about their mistreatment of our ancestors and their mistreatment of us now. I applaud Bishop Ulmer and his friends because his friends did one thing that most of them don't do. They listened and allowed Bishop Ulmer express his hurt, his frustrations and his anger. The White Pastors didn't defend themselves for being white. They listened and tried to understand. Ric Warren even apologized. We can't ever forget it as long as White America continues to oppress Black America and until White America helps us forget it through their actions toward reconciliation.

You are here and you survived through playing the game, and have made some fundamentally sound strides towards the future of all mankind, especially the black man & woman. It is better for us that you survived through it than to die moving too soon! If we are still struggling today, and dying from being black. How much more could have happened to you if you did not play it safe and smart? Now you have experience, connections and a platform! It is most beneficial to us today that you made it my brother! Now stand firm and strong there's work to be done still! Remember, those who are in Christ there is no condemnation! Thank you for taking a stand and thank you for showing us it's okay to be raw and vulnerable, especially when we are surrounded by true friends. Your sincere passion for wanting to deliver a word from God sometimes propels you into uncharted and sometimes rough waters. I look forward to seeing God move in the hearts of not only these Pastors, but in the hearts of many who were touched by this conversation. Let's be real, change won't happen overnight, and many will be uncomfortable hearing the truth about race, especially as it relates to the Black race. The difference this time is that The Holy Spirit has and is orchestrating this Himself. Its the power of the Spirit that is in charge now. The feasts of God were established as prophetic timeclocks for several reasons. Here is a list of some of what occurs-unfolds-takes place in and during prophetic annual God ordained feasts. 1. The Spirit of God moves in a unique way to lead us more into the path of righteousness and holiness. He knows that oftentimes we get weary and sometimes get caughtup in worldly outreaches. He also sends his spirit to remind us watch and pray so we dont get caught off guard when trouble comes as it is today. He also is quite serious about us understanding and knowing the truth since it is the truth that will make and set us free. As we as believers are called to be transformed into a new mind - let this mind be in you that was also in messiah Yahushua. When we develop a new mind everything becomes so beautiful. We develop more love-more wisdom-more faith and truly become more like our heavenly Father. The Lord wants us to realky take a deep look inside ourselves and He wants us to realize how short and how desperately wicked we realky are - all of us - including myself. If we dont really believe His prophetic words and are not willing to change and go all the way to allowing Him to thoroughly cleanse up and make us pure as snow we just as well stop fooling ourselves and stop trying to serve in only part way because He isn't having. The truth is that for over 400 years the evil sin of racism has been allowed to fester and grow and its true that a large majority of Americans kept silent about. That includes also the white so called christian denominations. Why did they allow it is the million dollar question. Since prophecy warns us that the Messiah who is the Lord of Hosts will soon return it behooves us to rid our souls and hearts from anything and everything that will defile it. Adultry-murder-racism-lying-jealously Just to name a few. The golden rule - do unto others as you would have them do unto you. THE feast of trumpets is the next biblical feast of God that will begin. This feast represents the Sound of The Trumpet which will catch up the true and righteous saints-belivers of God. We still have a little time left to repent and get our houses in order. IT UP TOO YOU. Bless you my beloved brothers and sisters in Christ the Messiah. Love you all to life. Shalom-Selah.

Dear God, You tell us you have given us authority to cast out demons and to heal every disease
You also tell us in the last days there will be many who will be false teacher's, who will lead people away from the truth. I believe these men have been led astray by false teaching, teaching that is evil and ultimately from devil. So I renounce Satan and His wicked deceptful schemes and pray that by your Holy Spirit you forgive these men, break the chains of drception, that you set them free from darkness. Let the light of your love and power of your truth transform them into men who go forth and proclaim your truth to all the nations. Men set free, fully forgiven and empowered by your Holy Spirit.
I am but a small minnow in this sea of evil ... but you tell me that it is faith ... as tiny as a mustard seed ... that can move mountains.
So I offer myself, my tiny pray and my heart for your people to break this curse and set us free.
Let the light of your love break forth and unite us again.
It is in your powerful name I ask these things.

Mega church pastors and their smaller counterparts should begin to preach and teach equality and equity from a biblical perspective, so their members will do the right thing as a result of worship and prayer they are engaging for personal and national revival and betterment of our republic and communities. They should make it clear the first resolution below should be engaged by elected and appointed political leaders. In addition, they should also lead by example by practicing the second problem resolution in the Churches they lead and teach and encourage Christian and non-Christian businesses / business-owners to do the same.
    1. Better police training is necessary (eliminate deadly techniques and include non-deadly techniques for gaining control of combative people as well as ethics of respect and care for those they approach and arrest, at the same level for all races of people) as well as departments, prosecutors, and courts holding police criminally accountable who cause and are complicit in unjustified deaths. Americans black and other races should and will protest in some shape or form, yet violence, property damage, and other unhealthy behavior should not be coupled with the protests.
Protesters will make their point and changes will come about in shorter order through the sheer number of people descending upon the domains of elected officials around the nation (capitols, city halls, etc.) as they are led by movement leaders intelligently identifying the racial and/or discrimination problems that back allegations with data & testimonials that prove the allegations, and that allow elected and appointed officials, prosecutors, and courts to deliver righteous justice against unjustified deaths and other treatment. No one can reasonably expect that justice to happen overnight and must realize there is no excuse for whites, blacks, or other races involved in the protests / movements to loot, destroy, or attack anyone or any property. Americans of all races who want to do what is righteous and just will work together with non-violent agendas / actions to get the point across and will experience progress for blacks, other minorities, and all Americans (like civil rights progress made during the course of our national history as we moved to combat and disable to a great degree physical slavery, jim crow laws, and other inequities).

    2. Economic equality / equity is also needed and would over time do far more than short-term sympathy, empathy, and donations being made by Tech Giants and large businesses in various industries that have for decades failed to provide equitable job, promotions, and high-level opportunities to a representative portion of black Americans. In the few instances when some did, they tended to do so to a far greater degree for black women (which I'm not mad at because they are also worthy of greater opportunities) but this seems to be another attempt (like many government welfare programs and rules implemented going back decades) to emasculate black men and tear apart families by making it look like black men could not provide and are undisciplined, irresponsible, and unworthy of low, mid, or high-level employment, business, and financial opportunity.
The sad, subjective, and untrue refrain from many hiring managers often being "we're sorry Mr. Brown but we selected someone who had better education and past experience than you." If you're actions keep most people of a particular race in the slums of life lacking equitable economic opportunity, do not be surprised that volatility comes out of them at some point and causes un-pleasant behavior that could rip apart the fabric of the nation. While arguments could be made that violent outbursts during protests shouldn't happen, we know historically it has in many instances and as a united people (whites, blacks, hispanics, asians, indians, and others) we should seek to correct underlying societal problems including racist, discriminatory, and abusive behavior by powers-that-be and authority figures, so they do not foment violent sentiment and courses of action by people groups and/or the masses that drive wedges between U.S. citizens and lead to national decay and destruction.
The blood of Christ is sufficient for salvation - it saved me and probably many of you! However, we still are called to partner with the Holy Spirit in doing the right things otherwise abhorrent behaviors like slavery, Jim Crow, discrimination, and racism occur and overtake societal systems.. We are not living in the design it represents when we do not love our neighbor as ourselves by doing all we can to ensure policing and our economic, employment, and banking systems are not discriminatory to minorities. If his premise was true then Martin Luther King Jr. and many abolitionists of the past (white and black) should never have been used by the LORD to bring change because His blood would have done it all without our taking action. Faith without works is dead! In other words, faith that is only words is dead!
After praying according to 2Chronicles 7:14, we are called to action thereafter to act righteously and do justice, to stand up for the oppressed and the weak. Prayer is never an indication to not act, in fact it is an invitation to take necessary actions to carry out the LORD's will not only for leading people to Him and into eternal life but also in making sure we and our systems of authority are regulated and act in ways that move toward the righteousness, peace, and joy He wants for us even while we are on Earth.
We bow our knees to the LORD Jesus Christ and commit to living by the fruit of the Spirit as we deal with other people in equality and to take necessary actions to ensure our systems of government and authority including the people who lead and work within them do not fall short of the following:
    Isaiah 1:17
Learn to do right! Seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and correct oppression. Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.
    Proverbs 31:9
Open your mouth, judge righteously, And administer justice for the afflicted and needy.
    Psalms 82:3-4
Be fair to the poor and to orphans. Defend the helpless and everyone in need. Rescue the weak and homeless from the powerful hands of heartless people.
    Proverbs 24:11-12
Save those who are being led to their death; rescue those who are about to be killed. If you say, “We don’t know anything about this,” God, who ·knows what’s in your mind [evaluates motives; weighs hearts], will notice [doesn’t he know?]. He is watching you, and he will know. He will reward each person for what he has done.
    1John 4:20
If any one say, I love God, and hate his brother, he is a liar: for he that loves not his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?
    1John 2:11
But whoever hates his brother is in the darkness and walks in the darkness, and does not know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.
    Matthew 23:27-36
Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You are like whitewashed tombs, which look beautiful on the outside but on the inside are full of the bones of the dead and everything unclean. 28 In the same way, on the outside you appear to people as righteous but on the inside you are full of hypocrisy and wickedness.
29 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You build tombs for the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous. 30 And you say, ‘If we had lived in the days of our ancestors, we would not have taken part with them in shedding the blood of the prophets.’ 31 So you testify against yourselves that you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets. 32 Go ahead, then, and complete what your ancestors started!
33 “You snakes! You brood of vipers! How will you escape being condemned to hell? 34 Therefore I am sending you prophets and sages and teachers. Some of them you will kill and crucify; others you will flog in your synagogues and pursue from town to town. 35 And so upon you will come all the righteous blood that has been shed on earth, from the blood of righteous Abel to the blood of Zechariah son of Berekiah, whom you murdered between the temple and the altar. 36 Truly I tell you, all this will come on this generation.
You can't force people (white, black, or other) to speak out or take action, but you can say what the LORD has shown as necessary to move the consciences of the people and those who lead them, in the same way He moved through MLK, Jr. and through those who started the American Revolution and the Civil War to end the practice of physical ownership of slaves. In each of these movements, a loud cry of righteousness and justice was heard from pulpits that lead to action and overcame the voices from other pulpits commanded by people who desired to remain unjust and keep people oppressed.

I've seen enough of these "one black Pastor, many white Pastors" conversations around race. They all start and end the same: with white Pastors displaying compassion and sympathy (to the point of tears); but no accountability and responsibility.
The black Pastor began by reading a statement from his book that said "I'm a recovering racist". Coming from him, this is absurd. While anyone can discriminate on an individual level against anyone else, American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS) can't be racist because they lack the power of government to enforce their individual discriminating acts on the entire group of whites via economic, social and political policies.
Here's when I'll know that white people are serious: when they are able to express ownership of racism (as a white invention); and begin to discuss amongst themselves (the creators of racism) the way to dismantle what they created. Call me when they're ready to do real repentance and restoration to ADOS. Shalom!

Call me when they're ready to do real repentance and restoration to ADOS. Shalom!"
Until these white churches openly repent for their racism (and acknowledge the history of their racist ancestors), there can be no healing nor restoration. After all, there wouldn't have been "slavery" had the white churches condemned it four-hundred years ago. And America became wealthy on the backs of our enslaved ancestors. God is not going to "wink" at ignorance anymore. He has snatched the covers off and is exposing racism in America, especially in the Church!

@@4ucarla885 Thanks for your cooperation; however, this is all part of Father YAH'S intentional plan. HE became very angry with HIS children (Psalm 85:5); so HE punished them many times using captivity; however, this last captivity (the second captivity in Egypt; Isaiah 11:11-12) is the one that is currently ending now. Here's a little biblical backstory:
With regards to who the people are that were shipped from Africa to all nations in the world via the Transatlantic Slave Trade, the bible describes a people who have angered their GOD due to their disobedience and disloyalty to HIM (Deuteronomy 30:17-20; Deuteronomy 32:8-26; Ezekiel 36:17-22; Ezekiel 39:23-24; Jeremiah 3:6; Jeremiah 3:13); whom HE sent into slavery, scattering them across the world, by way of ship, stating that they will not be able to return; and that they would not be repaired from this condition (Deuteronomy 28:68). These same people, the bible says, will spend 400 years in a land that is not theirs; and they would be evilly treated; however, after 400 years (1619-2019), those people will leave this strange land, with great wealth (Genesis 15:13-14); and return to their own land and live with their GOD forever (Jeremiah 30:1-15; Deuteronomy 30:1-10; Ezekiel 36:23-38; Ezekiel 37:21-28; Ezekiel 39:23-29; Isaiah 60; Revelation 7); and their GOD will destroy all the nations that harmed HIS people (Joel 3, Jeremiah 30:11-16; Jeremiah 46:27-28; Deuteronomy 30:7; Ezekiel 36:1-7; Ezekiel 39:1-6; Ezekiel 39:11-23). If some of this sounds a little familiar when compared to the history of American Descendants of Slavery (ADOS), that’s because it is very much in alignment with ADOS/Hebrew history. Not only do these people come to these strange lands uniquely by ship and are enslaved for 400 years, but the bible goes into detail regarding the enslaved treatment that continues until they leave. Here is a description of some of their conditions:
The bible defines GOD’s name as “YAH” (Psalms 68:4).
Deut. 28:25 - “The LORD shall cause thee to be smitten before thine enemies: thou shalt go out one way against them and flee seven ways before them: and shall be removed into all the kingdoms of the earth.”
Deut. 28:29 - “… and thou shalt not prosper in thy ways: and thou shalt be only oppressed and spoiled evermore, and no man shall save thee.”
These curses are of particular interest because they establish that the true children of YAH will have been removed or taken forcibly to all kingdoms or countries of the earth; and that we will be only oppressed and spoiled (blighted or a severe detrimental effect); and that no man will save us; which means only Father YAH himself will restore us; and although we should continue to ask for reparations (just as Moses continually asked to be let go), no man or government will provide us reparations from our condition. However, Father YAH has promised to repair us and to prosper us in our own land (see scriptures above).
Deut. 28:33 - “The fruit of thy land, and all thy labors, shall a nation which thou know not eat up; and thou shalt be only oppressed and crushed always:
Again, this curse is very demonstrative of the historical and current conditions of ADOS. Historically and currently, ADOS doesn't reap the fruit or benefit of their labor. Somehow the government or corporations of America find a way or institute policies like slavery, regressive taxation, economic exclusion or just plain stealing that cause ADOS to continually fail.
Deut. 28:37 - “And thou shalt become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations whither the LORD shall lead thee.”
You may recognize this sign readily because ADOS suffers loss of identity (which is part of the curse on the Hebrews) and has been referred to by many names and bywords (a word or expression summarizing a thing’s characteristics); i.e., Afro-American, African American, Negro, N-word, Colored People, Blacks, etc. This is where the "loss ness" stems from that makes us want to connect to Africa as a continent (African American), even though that is not logically or physically possible.
Deut. 28:43 - “The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low.”
This curse is very recognizable when applied to the context of ADOS and immigrants. Immigrants can be considered strangers to America, since they were not citizens. Currently (thanks to Obama and whites), immigrants are allowed greater citizenship benefits in America than ADOS, even though we have been in America for 400 years; and ADOS is positioned socially and economically lower than the immigrants or even non-citizens. As you know, anyone can come to America, regardless to skin tone, and become "white" or normalized; except for ADOS.
Deut. 28:48 - “Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he has destroyed thee.
This is another outstanding sign because it speaks to the historical and current condition of ADOS serving or working for their enemies or those that are seeking their destruction; and ADOS is positioned in this country in such a way as to need complete support from the government or our enemies (welfare, jobs, shelter, food, water, protection, etc.); and you may remember the infamous photo of the slave(s) with the iron yoke around their necks (some with muzzles in their mouths); which remained physically throughout slavery for 246 years (1619 - 1865); and then emotionally, mentally and phychologically for the next 154 years under Jim crow and new Jim crow laws (1865 - 2019).
Deut. 28:49 - 50 - “The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift as the eagle flies; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; A nation of fierce countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favor to the young:
This sign is very notable for its undeniable description of America, using the symbol of America (the eagle), as well as the fact that we did not speak the language of these people that would capture us. Also, the characterization of America as having a fierce countenance or face towards us, not regarding the old or young. It recalls the fact that our kids and young adults are under siege (miss-educated, beaten, jailed, killed) in this country as much as the adults No mercy is shown to the young or old due to their vulnerability. We see the video footages of old ADOS women and men, as well as children and young adults being harassed and man-handled by police daily. This isn't happening to Asians, Hispanics or other ethnic groups; only to ADOS.
So now that we understand a little more about the biblical signs of the true people of Father YAH, we can read the prophecies and begin to understand historical and current events; as well as what will happen in the near and extended future, according to scripture(s). To be concise, ADOS is of the tribe of Judah or southern tribe which was scattered over the globe (Zechariah 1:21; Zechariah 12:1-10). Many of the northern tribes are located in different countries of Africa, usually where there is contention and colonization (like South Africa, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Botswana, Ghana, etc.). Historically, ADOS or the Hebrews of Israel were scattered over the globe, especially to America, but other nations as well; where they are continually oppressed (see biblical references above). This will continue until the “times of the Gentiles be fulfilled” (Luke 21:24-26); which is occurring soonest. At the same time, ADOS is on track with Genesis 15:13-14 which says that we will be strangers in a land that is not ours and shall serve them; and be afflicted (endure pain or suffering) 400 years; and the nation, whom we served will the LORD judge; and afterward we shall come out with great substance. Currently, the nations are under judgement, including the following on-going events: fires, floods, tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes, meteorites, sinkholes, pestilences (covid) and locusts, extreme variances in weather, extreme economic downturn, high incidence of deaths, strife and growing fear among the people (Joel 3, 2 Esdras 15:1-27). The plagues culminate in the plague of war (WW3), which, if you’re following the news, is on the horizon.
I just wanted to bring you some awareness, according to the bible, regarding the true identity of ADOS/Hebrew people, and other DOS around the globe. The Negro people are a unique group of people (known as Hebrews) that were removed from Africa and enslaved around the world. You can Google Negroland for more information on the unique people of Judah or Negroland. There is so much more to tell, but not enough space in this forum. Shalom!

Zariah Sparrow. Racism is a condition of the heart and something ALL races are guilty of. You see it in Africa in the form of tribalism and we see it here from black people as well. It seems to me that black people feel justified in their racism. They think it's okay to call white people Karen and cracker. I don't understand what a black person in America today can't do because of "the system". It's easier for a black person to get in to College for example. A lot of white people don't have the means or the grades so they can get a higher education. What stops a black person from starting a business for example? Is it not allowed? Help me understand. Why do white people have to do things for you? You're free, you're equal, go get it! I understand that the crazy Marxists also called BLM think that white people that own land or a house should give that to black people. Why!!?? They worked for it. They didn't steal it. And don't come dragging with native Indians. I'm white. I don't own my house, I don't own land. So because I have chosen a different route should I now ask people to give that to me? It doesn't make sense. You work for what you want. Then you can BUY it. I've been to rich black people's houses. Multi-million dollar homes in Southern California. The kind of homes that I know I will NEVER have here on earth and I'm okay with that. They earned it. They were willing to pay a price to have a home like that. Not all black people are poor and not all white people are rich. It's a false picture. Are there things that can be made better in certain communities? Absolutely. Better schools and things like that. That's why we have to elect people that will make a difference. Don't blame every regular Joe because he's white. He had nothing to do with it. Vote for people that care about you and America...

I love you Bishop but you cannot be a racist. You may be prejudice, or a bigot but you can't be a racist by definition. Racism is defined as a power structure that allows one group to put a system in place where they use their race to direct discrimination against people of different race based on the belief that their own race is superior. It has been around since the transatlantic slave trade where the idea of one race being superior to another became instituted in order to excuse the enslavement of a group of people based solely off the color of their skin. Black people have often been accused of being racist by the very people who were racist to them. The issue with calling a Black person racist is that Black people, by definition, cannot be racist. Racism only exist within a power structure that systematically and institutionally rewards whiteness. The closer you are to being white, the more power you hold.

But racism, it is discrimination and a systemic attack on the entire being of the black race. It is spiritual in nature. What do I mean? It is satanic and its operative is high wicked places. Its attack is tactical and was put into play before the creation of man. The target: Jesus and God's special people: the Tribe of Judah. We are all one bloodline, so yes, our cousins, white and black sold/bought THIS TRIBE into slavery. The goal was and is, is to oppress them and keep them in a mental state of slavery. But Jesus is on His way to make things right. God never scared about skin tone!! God is separating wheat from chaff, good from bad. We, good, will unite and war against evil.

Everybody in their heart of hearts know when they are walking in love and when they are not. White culture is not slow! Many of them have benefited from the spirit of racism because that demon is a strong hold in their life! Ive heard so many believers say they have never recd the baptism in the Holy Ghost and I understand why. When some ppl come to repentance, they are really giving up everything and everybody. Other ppl come to Christ and are attracted to the concept of Christianity but they still have unresolved sin they are struggling with. They have not sold out to Jesus! They are unable to live holy. I dont think these things need to be explained to white ppl. They are not hard to understand. Many of them are under demonic oppression. And if they dont get it right before they die. I believe that God is answering the prayers that were prayed even before I was born before he comes. He will deliver Black people from the hands of the oppressors. Those who are not on board will hopefully repent or face the repercussions of a God who does not support the racism and oppression of others.

Your own people are their biggest oppressors!!! A kingdom divided against itself will fall!!! You are a protected group. Quit your complaining. That’s why yall have never reached yet your promised land. All you do is complain, complain complain…just like The children of Israel in The Wilderness.

I am glad he is speaking up but he did let his people down by not taking up the mantle of MLK and Joseph Lowery. He needs to continue and work with the Rev. Barber who is leading the charge against racism in this nation. Too many of the pastors who have become so spiritual that they are of no Earthly good.

All these pastors and not one Bible verse came out and over an hour discussion...
    Matthew 23:13-39
    King James Version
13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.
14 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.
15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.
16 Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!
17 Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?
18 And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.
19 Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?
20 Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.
21 And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.
22 And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.
23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
24 Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness.
28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.
31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.
32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
33 Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?
34 Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:
35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.
36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

Just having a multiethnic. - visible diversity - is not enough. Diversity does not result in inclusion and equity - unless the leadership has the vision and skills to create that climate. A White pastor who oversee an all white membership has tremendous power in addressing white privilege and systematic racism. So that church framework is very relevant and critical. A Black pastor who oversee an all Black church is also critical - provides a sense of ethnic/cultural safety and empowerment. Do not be pious and “ White privilege “ in marginalizing” ethnically homogeneous churches. The leadership will determine the cultural health and efficacy of the church - be it all black/white/or ethnically diverse

You nailed it. Biblically-based teaching about issues such as hate and injustice and leadership in the church, whatever the colour of the skin, is the key for change.

The pastor's hearts were in the right place, but most of their responses were voiced through the lense of white privilege. Even when Pastor Ulmer shared tears of hurt and pain, none of them addressed the issue he was sharing in that moment -- his failing to address racial injustice on behalf of his own race because he didn't want to make his white counterparts uncomfortable. These 'pastor panels' on race are popular right now but they all have the same hollow words and pleasantries, each one barely scratching the surface. The truth is white Christians only want to hear what is palettable to them, and black Christians with platforms to have these discussions won't press them beyond that point. So that then begs the question: How honest can a conversation about race be when the allegiance between white evangelicals and the most openly racist and racially divisive president we've ever seen is never even mentioned during the conversation? Until that is honestly addressed, the sincerity of what is being said will be challenging to accept.

White Caucasian people have no idea what it is like being a black person living amongst white Caucasian racist people, you can only empathise and image what it is like to know you have to remind yourself you are a black person and it is what life is like living in a country that have racism alive and active and because of your racist you are treated differently at a job, at any interview, how much your salary will be and it makes no difference to how much of hard worker you are you will never be compensate for your contribution in a company.
