Hi Stephanie! After living here for 3 years I've noticed a bit of both. Some of the folks here are singles out of college (24-34) and then you'll also see younger families out at the pool / on the Katy trail. The college crowd (18-22) will be further north near University Park. Feel free to drop me an email if you have any other questions!
