Yeah this place sucks for $3500 a month 1B. $2,000? maybe but the amenities are severely lacking. Houston lux apartments offer more. Great review tho!

Don't do it! When I lived here, the management, concierge were horrible! The elevators were always broken & the halls smelled like weed!

Don't fall for the Luxury apartment SCAM. They have gone up 50 percent or more in the last 4 years! Just save 5 to 10 percent for your OWN place. Yes, I know the scare tactics of having to pay for applicances, HVAC breakdowns along with the roof collapsing that same weekend. There are things called Insurance and other warranties that drastically reduce out of pocket costs. Oh, and then there's writing off property taxes. Try paying 2k for 24 months (48k) and writing that off😂😂😂😂 These aparments will CONTINUALLY nickle and dime you with rent increases and "amenities" charges for the duration of your stay!!! #OwningHomeMakesMoreSense

The lot sizes are relatively small there.

Eastline is really close to Mockingbird Station which I think is awesome. Easy to hop on the train downtown for events! Plus, several buses stop at Mockingbird, including the 105 which I believe goes to Knox-Henderson and other hot spots. I don't think this location gets enough credit for its access to transit!

That B6 floorplan is nice. I was going to look at it but it was off the market right before I came to Dallas to look at apartments. Settled with the 23 (thanks to your last video) and love it. But I have heard great things about C&V.

Years ago I stopped by a nightclub one day after work and accidentally bumped into this attractive older girl and spilled her drink all over her. I brought her some paper towels and gave her my apologies. She asked if I wanted to smoke a cigarette with her outside, I said yes and while we were standing there one of the valets pulled up in this Rolls Royce Phantom. I turned to the lady and was like " I wonder what douchebag owns that thing?' The valet proceeds to walk up and hand her the keys to it. She then asks if I want to come home with her, and I follow her in my Honda Accord into this building where she lived on one of the top floors. We had a great few nights that week and I thought I'd found a great girl. Unfortunately, I got a text from her a couple of days after saying she had to travel for work and that she would leave some of my toiletries I'd left there with the concierge. The concierge office stole my bottle of cologne though. She says she gave it to them but when I go to pick it up the only thing they had was some deodorant and a toothbrush :( This building has some great views but the workers are shady

I was very interested in these apartments. Then I read a lot of reviews on google and a lot of them talked about car breakins. That makes me nervous I really don’t want my car to be broken into on a regular basis
