Since it was built, the pricing here always seemed a bit elevated for very basic appliances and finishes. The floors are nice, but I think they missed the mark on the finishes and appliances. Plus, Uptown is on a sleepy downswing at the moment. I am so glad you offer this service as it is such a time saver.
