Have you ever heard about VAJRASANA? Maybe yes but still i wanna share some basic tips from the pranic point of view. It may look easier for many of you. Because there are many of you who are already teachers.
but since you follow this page, I believe that many things you receive from here which you can use for your self practice and can share while you teach others.
I have been exploring the Asana since almost a decade now. Not only through my self practice, but it includes my learnings from many teachers, my understanding about the Pranic flow and deep work with body. These are find techniques which can be used regular basis in order to receive right benefit from it.
I believe once you learn understood, you are sharing this to others and helping them.

my dear doctor sahib. thanks for your healthy approach to life style for different health required yoga exercises. the best one was to get constitution easy. excellent. this one sitting on foot, is OK but little bit painful, though I am enjoying them. I am 70+.

Do this asana immediately after eating.
Many diseases are cured by doing Vajra Asana. Knee pain, leg pain, back pain, spinal cord pain, diseases go away. Digestion is better, doing this asana has many benefits
