I get chills every time I see those mob of kids running behind Rocky as he is sprinting/training. In my opinion one of the greatest moments in cinematic history. It just takes my breath away when I see it and the meaning behind it.

Also the trunks and gear Apollo Creed is wearing here are almost identical to what Ali had on in the first loss of his career to Joe Frazier. That Jeff Temkin was one hell of a ring announcer, can't believe he was just an actor. Had he not sadly died shortly after Rocky III, am sure he would have turned up many a time in later years in reference to his appearances in these films! I bet Sly would have used him again at some point too!

Don't like the edit really. You can't edit a rocky fight, you need all the elements to tell a cohesive story. You need the increasing desperation of apollos trainer, the worry of Adrian, all of paulie and Micks expressions. I especially love in the unedited fight, when Apollo loses his first round and see genuine fear in his wife's eyes
Ah, too bad. Did not see when Apollo Creed's playing around in Round 2 😁. After, he said "You are too slow." This is my most favourite Rocky's movie and ma most favourite's fight ^^. While Rocky 1's fight is my second most favourite one, though in term of realism I thought the first one did a better job than this one 😄💪👊👏.
