Would you believe that Kevin Schuer is a real-life doctor at the University of Kentucky? And all this time I thought he was a professional singer who did covers of Huey Lewis and The News and now Mister Mister. Regardless of his day job; Doctor Kevin is a world-class talent who fits in perfectly with the rest of the LLB crew.
That’s one of the things that makes LLB so impressive! Almost all of them are folks like us who have day jobs. Making such wonderful music as a labor of love for us to enjoy - what could be better?

Watching the progression of quality from the earliest videos (yes, I’ve gone back and watched most of them!) to now has been nothing short of amazing and closer and closer to perfection. The talent of the musicianship and the obvious camaraderie and affection you all have for one another is truly inspiring. Once again, I thank you for helping to keep great music alive!

As Kerala Christians (south India) , we grew up singing Kurialaoseon in church as it followed the ancient Armaic language of Christ..sang along to this song all through school and only recently discovered they were praising the Lord! Getting the vocals SPOT ON is another thing entirely and the vast majority of the listening public have just no idea how hard it is to get the right vocalist, matched to the right song, with the right musicians, laying down the beautiful tracks, and then tweaking it with just the right effects. From pre-vis, to execution, to mixing and mastering -- Y'all have it PERFECT .. I know how hard this is, and you are ALL well deserving of the accolades.

That song was a minor hit in 1983, but was re-released 5 years later thanks to a DJ in Las Vegas playing it in heavy rotation; it quickly shot to #1 4 years after the band's breakup. Freddy Curci's ability to hit that very high note at the end (20 seconds) is amazing.

The singer selections are always spot on, and the players are always matched perfectly to the style, tone and task at hand. I was always loved this song as it is a disguised Christian song as a lot of people don't know what Kyrie means. As always, LLB is awesome, Kevin and Jessica's vocals mesh perfectly together.
This is crazy! Not so long ago, our favourite radio station played Kyrie while we were cruising in the mountains with the top down. I said to my wife that this was a tune LLB should do with Kevin doing the lead vocals.
