    classic gentrification bullshit. So self-congratulatory. South Africa remains one of the most unequal societies in the world... I wonder what the consequences of this area's 'regeneration' have been for those that aren't included (i.e. anyone who doesn't have 100 rand to spend on their morning coffee)
