Pukekohe Travel - South Island Rail Charter

Pukekohe Travel run a number of rail tours around New Zealand.
One of their South Island rail tours comes all the way down to Invercargill, which is the southern most city of New Zealand. Unfortunately there are no Kiwirail passengers trains running south of Rolleston, so seeing a passenger train running is quite unique.
In this video, we capture the rail tour heading south through Gore on its way to Invercargill, where the passengers will spend two nights, before we capture the train heading north again on its way up to Oamaru.

Yes, certainly creates a bit of interest while it is down. Shame nothing is offered while it is laying over in Invercargill.
