Good explanation. Disable smart stop will solve the problem with randomly shutting off. What I did was disable smart start and set my own ramp up time. Think I set it high to 45. This created a more even flow and did not have an issue with the random stopping. Also readjusted my mask Also removed the Snugz Mask Liner . Think that was part of the problem. It slowly slips off the mask and causes leaks. Thanks again n for posting.

I put it on before I even laid down and it starts blowing air extremely hard and then just shuts off. I had it set for. a five minute ramp and finally turned that off and it started working. Somethings wrong with my machine.
i did just that i turned the smart stop off now it just shuts off when i do it and im happy because im not being woke up by it shutting off because of a small leak .
My brand new AS11 cut off over 20 times during the first night. Issue was not the mask but an internal leak in the machine. A mask like used here is big and clunky. If the mask is causing the auto of and on to disturb your therapy get a new mask next order instead of turning it off. An amazing new nasal mask is the Fisher & Paykel Eson 2 will not do that unless you really smush it. Best mask I ever used in 30+ years.
my provider for my bipap is absolutely worthless. mine shutoff and would not restart till i pushed the start button yes the auto start is enabled so after a few breaths it should have restarted but no. my o2's are cosistantly in the 80's yet my machine is givin me smileys for ahi and mask leak.the power never went out and the green light stayed on. provider refuses to send it to resmed as its still in warranty
My Auto-Off is set to Off, my mask doesn't leak, and the machine still cuts out sometimes. Granted, I'm still using an older device, but it's been doing this for the entire duration I've had it.
I have a Luna 3 it hesitates for a few seconds, when the lights go out. Scared me at first must be a glitch in the program. Nothing major but it does happen.

Naw dude, I haven't even gotten that far, yet. I haven't even TRIED sleeping with this piece of crap. It just detects a leak when there's definitely no leak after two minutes.

Make sure that you disable the auto off feature.

i did just that i turned the smart stop off now it just shuts off when i do it and im happy because im not being woke up by it shutting off because of a small leak .

That is super weird. If it is under warranty they should be taking care of that for you.

I would have that looked at by your CPAP Provider.
Does that mask work well for you? Looks interesting, I'm going to try it. Does the bottom strap unhook without undoing the velcro?

I turned off that stuff in the settings keeps stopping.
I figured it out. Water reservoir area had to be pushed in or connected better.
