RAINBOW NUT BUTTER POUND CAKE
3 sticks salted butter at room temperature
3 cups cups granulated sugar
6 eggs at room temperature
3 cups cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
2/3 cups milk at room temperature
1 tbs vanilla extract
Pretzels
1 cup Rainbow Nut Butter (peanut butter, caramel and chocolate covered pretzels)
Caramel Sauce ( recipe linked below)
PEANUT BUTTER CREAM CHEESE ICING
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1/2 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup peanut butter
16 oz powdered sugar
1 tbs vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE GANACHE
12 oz. Semi sweet chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
