after extensive testing with mine, i sent it back. it could not handle the weight of a normal mirrorless with 35mm lens. too much jitters. almost worked this APSC with small lens. and OK with iPhone. workable if you plan to stabilize in post. only plus was size and quietness.
you should let folks know that the bag that comes with the ifootage kickstand, it's bag can also be extended and has a Velcro straps inside it as well.
When taking into account all of the things that the slider has to offer (portability, quiet operation, phone app operation, on-device control, easy set-point operation, timelapse mode, stop motion mode, etc.), I would say so, but I do understand that it's not the right piece of gear for everyone, and that's okay! This certainly fits a certain niche of people who need a portable slider packed with features and are willing to pay for that convenience.
Yeah, for this amount of money I better buying new 360 cam with 1 inch/Leica optics. This slider way to heavy, maybe for really professional moviemakers 😆. Just saying....
