Mine arrived the other day, and I’m looking for ideas beyond the obvious side to side product shot.
What is the difference between the auto calibration performed when you start the Nano up compared to the Automatic calibration in "settings." I've tried that and it takes considerably longer? Second can you explain about torque settings? There's nothing in the manual about it, and wondering if this would solve issues with the pan head being under powered in tilting the camera when using the Nano in vertical mode?
I have problem with the new firmware update, when I update the motor firmware to 0.0.17, it was failed and then update again it was either, do you have this kind of problems?
Hi, i got mine today. Was really happy, for about 30 minutes. I have an Olympus M1-Mark III and altough they said in the shop that would work, with cable T2, it doesnt. Whatever i tried, timelaps, video, soon when i connect the camera to the slider my camera stops working. It takes no picture's and no video. Do you have any idear what could be wrong?

Great product. Quick question, the User Manual refers to operation/shooting with camera lens perpendicular to the slider/track. I have tested with the lens parallel for a dolly-in/dolly-out slide shot & all looks fine. Why does the manual stipulate the lens being perpendicular? Does this mean you do not recommend to use the slider for a dolly-in/dolly-out shot. If not, why? Thanks
Thank you for your question. Dolly in and Dolly out are absolutely fine, most people use it perpendicular to create that Parallex effect, we will be releasing more tutorial videos soon, stay tuned
Hi Sam, thanks for your video, could I ask you an issue regarding my iFootage nano slider? I have this slider for sometime but yesterday I tried to set up a Timelapse but very strange that it did not trigger the camera shutter no matter how many times I tried, could you give me a hint as to what might be wrong in settings, or was it because of the slider malfunction? 5:13 Why press both buttons at the same time to go to quick start when on the screen it say in the top left box, quick start? (I dislike the video game approach of holding multiple buttons down). 5:16 Let’s see how to get this to work. 1. Point camera at start point. 2. Press A button ? 3. Move camera to end point 4. Press B bottn 5. Press confirm 6. Press Start What is “Leap?” What is “Standby?”

@@iFootageInternational aaaaah perfect thank you very much! It is an ultra convenient slider, :) Is a big version also planned ? I just like how it works with the touchscreen and so on, but a longer one with stronger motors would be sooo nice ... and I often find myself in the following situation: I want to make a paralax slide but the objekt is only at the start and endpoint in the middle and in between it looses the object, is there something like a bezier curve or a workaround you can recommend ? right now i fix it in post

I often have the problem that the subject is only at the A and B point in the right framing and in between it is off. is there a way to make a curve or fix this via firmware... or add more points in future firmwares?
so...when i have to put the camera on??? before calibration? or after the calibration? thanks

I've been trying to get the slider to slide around 3-4 seconds.
The option to set it to that time is available, but it just doesn't allow. Why?

How to update the slider software?? My shutter release in timelapse doesn't work (cable L1, GH5) and support is very sluggish :(

Any plans to release a firmware update to add more key frame points?
I feel like they mention they are looking at that in another video. I think it is the one that shows how to use it with your smartphone.
