    Recipe and cooking instructions for Christmas Spice Gingerbread Cake:
    *This is the amount of ingredients for a four-tier cake, as you've seen in the video. I baked two cakes and cut each one in half. That way I had a four-tiered cake

    Eggs - 4 pcs. (8 pcs.)
    Sugar - 155 g (310 g)
    Flour - 125 g (250 g)
    Cocoa - 30 g (60 g)
    Cornstarch - 25 g (50 g)
    Baking powder - 1 TSP. (2 TSP.)
    Boiling water - 50 ml (100 ml)
    Vegetable oil - 40 ml (80 ml)
    Salt - a pinch

    Icing sugar - 50g
    Whipping cream - 60ml
