I stack it all, coins, rounds, bars (poured & pressed), silver jewelry, silverware, etc. if it's silver I'll collect it. Not just silver either, I've got a small (a little over half an ounce) amount of gold, copper & nickel.

I started on US silver coins, but my local coin shop has less of a premium on foreign silver so I stack lots of Canadian and Australian lately. Occasionally German too if I can find it. Good looking stack you got going.
I have a silver dimes coin book (50% done), along with a 1964-D Half dollar, and three silver quarters. They are 1964-D, 1942-P, and a 1915-D Barber quarter!!! Isn't that something!
I have 1 1/2 oz , 5 1oz, 1 5oz and a 10oz silver bars all from apmex all pressed then i bought a 1oz poured silver heart and i like the poured more than the pressed bars even tho i only have 1 poured
My friend and I found rocks with some flecks of what looked like gold on them. I had them authenticated from a jewlerer and they actually were gold!!!! I think there might be up to 1 ounce there!

I have one as well in pretty good shape. Anything you can tell me about that coin. I'm guessing it's my best coin so far.
did you find all those silver half dollars??? like from boxes? whats a good bank to get an acct at for that cuz my bank is starting to stiff me i think. use to have no issue but they starting to seem iritated some days. i search pennies currently and i only ask for what they have i say i come back every week but they refuse to order extra box or so. some times i can score bags. got a pretty good copper stack but i dont think theyd order halfs for me cuz id pm have to take the box back to buy the next one. im thinking of opening a few accts at diff banks so i can go to multiple intead of just mine

Hey Rob, what's your take on constitutional silver(90%) for investment purposes? Is bullion better because it doesn't have to be refined? Lastly besides collecting, is there a purpose to buy constitutional silver?
I would like to correct you on the 1955 sixpence. To be Silver, it would have to be an Australian Sixpence which would be 50% Silver. The British Sixpence minted in 1955 is made out of 75% Copper and 25% Nickel.
Not perfectly even the South African denominations above the one penny wad silver (50%) from 1951 to 1960 besides the australian one from 1946 to 1966 and for the Fijian, british,New Zealand ,and other territories like rhodesia used the standard copper nickel alloy of 75%-25% split as usual .And I can bet the one rob showed is a Great British sixpence which someone mistakenly said to be of silver and in 1947 many British dominions changed to copper nickel mostly because of the British Coinage Act of 1946 . Sorry for such a late intervention however if not I others would have mad it a note .
