We need also a huge performance improvement. I wanna run a park without fps dropping after a short amount of time. I love details and complexe scenery building. Its such a joy killer. Therefore: make building dark, especially if u build a dark ride. About the path-system: When u build bridges or wanna build a path that is on a building, remove the ugly CURBS on it. It just works if the path is on the terrain, not when u build paths on the upper level. I wanna cover them and its not possible cause of the curbs. U still see them And like in Zoo, i want to fully customize my shops and restaurants
I don’t play planet zoo so I might do a video or even a stream (if I figure out how to work it 😂) on playing either that or Rollercoaster Tycoon for the first time! Great idea tho, would love to see it :)
-Hat's Fantastic equivalent, but with T-shirts/hoodies. -Custom Mascots/small parades (even if it's just 2 or 3 mascots get together and do a lil dance routine while people watch, anything for more engagement) -Mascot meet and greets with lines -Actual Water fx/jets for shows and fountains (think World of Color) -I want to be able to make a firework/water show and in the sequencer have any mascot(s) show up at a certain place, at a certain time, and do a certain action (waving, dancing, pointing, skipping around, etc.) -more custom light sequencers (I want to be able to smoothly rotate them in any direction for any duration, fade to black or fade to color as slowly or quickly as I want, smooth pulses, AND smooth color change with my own choice in timing and color.) -Please give me the option to disallow trigger items to "reset" until I tell it to. (I understand they need to get back in place to be triggered again, but if the ride is going slow at the time, then they're going to see the thing resetting if I don't turn them away, where if I just set it to wait 3 seconds before resetting they won't see it, and it'll still reset in time for the next trigger.) -Parking lots/structure. -Daily open and close (optional) [Perhaps construction will cause happiness to go down if people can see it during the day, enticing you to wait until the park is closed to build or close off entire sections with "scrim" walls if it's a big project and you don't want to wait until close everyday.] -Construction time and paying construction workers to build it (optional) [I'm thinking we build what we want, but it's more like a ghost build, and then when we want to finalize the build it'll show the full cost of everything, then we'll pay for a construction crew to build it and there will actually be construction equipment, cranes, delivery trucks with parts, etc. etc., and we can see all the cute little construction workers building; AND Perhaps when the progress meter reaches a certain point in construction, hype for the ride starts to generate, you can start marketing the ride's grand opening, but if you market too soon before enough progress is made the hype will die down before the opening.) -I want TONS of backstage stuff. Paths for employees, roads for delivery trucks and warehouses for storage, electricity and water maintenance (especially with water rides), I want to have to build offices for different departments, etc. -And last but not least, I want the economy to actually make sense, so that I don't have to charge $27 to ride a Ferris wheel.
Custom animatronics would be so dope! Like basically the way you can customize an avatar, with different face types, hair, outfit, and accessories, but for the animatronic figures. And if everything was re-colorable, by mixing up those options you could have so many possibilities!
Not joking, I have a world dedicated to the animatronics and I’ve sorta just built tons of villages and cities with them in it. That’s how much I love the terrain, building and mostly the animatronics. That would really help so great idea, would love to see it if Planet Coaster (eventually) gets made :)
3 musts for PC2 are: 1. Dark show buildings 2. Better water and water parks 3. Performance 3 things I'd like to see added 1. Transportation (how do guests arrive at park? I.E. parking lots, trams, buses, ect.) 2. Ability to connect parks to make resorts (Disney / Universal) Including Planet Zoo 3. Simplified user building tools (option to be as easy as RCT3 {Grid}, or as in depth as PC1)
Adding onto transportation: With what you said about parking lots, it could also be another way to manage money with the size of it for guests. Just saying, drivable cars would still be amazing. Along with trams and buses, they could even a skyride similar to the one in Alton Towers! Still love what ideas :)
The fireworks system was such a let down, made no sense the way they made that thing. It should have stuck to a timeline like rollercoaster tycoon 3 and im pretty sure its industry standard to use timelines. The current system we have is so over complex and if you're trying to create a long fireworks show you'll end up with 25 consoles easily.
Everyone keeps saying that lots of things that are better in Rollercoaster Tycoon so now I’m thinking of maybe making a video or a stream playing it for the first time, sounds like a good idea :)
That’s actually a good point, I make huge maps in the sandbox mode all the time and it’s so annoying when the frame rate just suddenly goes😂😂😂😂 Might do a follow up saying the comments opinions if I get enough :)
@@RcGuy603 it would breathe new life into the game, everyone would be playing it again with the new found freedom to build any park they want and fill it with guests! Then just release more DLC and updates for it
I want paths to fit together easier. And to have a universal grid system because as i have started to build more custom buildings the paths don't match to the building grids and it is so frustrating. Love the switch track/turntable stuff, but I would like better supports cause I am not custom supporting a whole coaster
the planco 2 speculations are once again flooding youtube even though we still havent gotten any official infos... really hope this doesnt influence the game negatively
Hopefully not. I just made the video cause I’ve recently started playing Planet Coaster all of the time and I wanted to make a video revolving around it. It’s doing pretty good though! (for my standards 😂)
I'ld like more realistic physics and ratings. If you build anything realistic in Planco the ratings are terrible. To get good ratings, you have to practicly kill the guests...
I can relate so much. I built an absolute MONSTER OF A COASTER, as in it was about 2000ft tall but the guests found it boring, BORING! The sickness rating was good though, SOMEHOW! So that’s cool 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Why would it have to be exclusive to newer consoles? What about PC? Planet Coaster does not have the object limitations and has much larger park sizes than what the newer consoles have. PC all the way! Planet Coaster is a PC game first and foremost, it is the best way to play it, loads of custom made scenery, not blueprints but complete brand new 3d models created in 3d software then imported into the game via Frontiers PC exclusive Theme makers toolkit, you do not get any limitation on how much things you can place into your parks and the map sizes are much, much bigger.
Well that sounds fantastic! Sadly I play on console so I didn’t know that until now so thanks for making me aware. Some consoles wouldn’t have the memory to do it so that’s why I said it. Hope you enjoyed the rest of the video :)
@@ThrillsofColdplay Personally I don’t use the steam workshop but I see why you’d find it a problem. Hopefully it’d get fixed if Planet Coaster 2 were happen :D
