    how did the cable hold up when running the cable through the cable lock hole, this seems better than letting the cable rub against the deck housing, I wish I knew how the factory recommends running the cable.

      I said in the video that I thought it was rubbing purposely so it would break. I've had no problems since

      @@post.10 thank you I am going to route the cable the way you suggest, it makes sense, I broke a replacement cable routed over and through the big opening and was concerned that the constant rubbing would break another cable

    532183567 is the part number for the $9 engine control cable, not the $50 drive cable.
