Good luck. You need to know a lot just to add a single character. Once you actually do, you need to add sfx and all the portraits/icons etc. Everyone uses Dophin, but I boot up my Wii and the process is painful when it fails...
Hilda would be so much worse. Imagine a zoner whose projectiles can neither be reflected nor absorbed. Some of said projectile also cover almost a third of Battlefield.

Have you considered asking the guys behind legacy xp to add some of the characters on your channel (No. 13, Godzilla)? I'm not exactly sure what the modding/mod packing community is like, but if No. 13 and Godzilla were to get in Legacy xp that would really make my year.
Godzilla isn't going to get in because that would open floodgates they'd rather not deal with (if a movie character's in, why not this or that anime character?), but Calamity Trigger was released a few months after Brawl, so, Nu could probably be there. They might want Ragna instead though. Not sure. Worth a try, I guess.
I did write a moveset concept for him and the only thing I really need is a model (that isn't too high poly like the MMD model). He's pretty high on the list.
I love this character, but her playstyle is beyond fair. It doesn't matter how much I want to play this character; it's just downright broken. Though if that was your intention, I can totally respect that.

It's just the nature of Smash that limits her playability since she isn't designed for a party game like Smash. It can't be helped. Once again, I'd totally play the hell out of this mod. i keep needing to remember there isnt really an official non-chibi 3d model of Nu in either outfit. they are both top quality and transferred in to Brawl quite well i must say! were they made just for Brawl or are they modified to work in Brawl, cuz i recall seeing a good many model that were imported from other stuff and took a visible hit to their polygon count.
Man. So sometimes against Nu in BlazBlue, you just feel helpless. Pinned in a corner or something by all her projectiles. Smash may have ledges, but no true corner bar the blastzone you eventually die to. So how do you replicate the feeling of being pinned? That Gravity Seed keeping you in a brutal tech chase situation! I know I'm just looking too far into it. But that's just what I like to think That the feeling of oppression was purposely replicated in a way that makes sense for the Smash engine.

Meta Knight and Fox have a chance as the former is just that good and the latter has a reflector. There's also Godzilla with his armor, but that one is another mod and not a part of the vPM cast.
Impressive design, but I feel that there are aspects about her that too much in terms of game balance. Damage could be toned down. Knockback rates could be adjusted so that her combos don't lock the opponent down so much. Gravity Seed needs a cooldown like it did from CS onwards. Her Final Smash especially can't be that powerful. To have Sword of Destruction instantly killing a character at 14% is too much. It should at least be like Bayonetta or Joker where it instant kills at a high enough percentage. Though here's my idea for her Final Smash if you are willing to take the extra mile: Make it similar to Ryu and Ken, where she has two types of Final Smashes. Her regular one would be Legacy Edge, so she can damage a wide group of opponents in a +4-player match. But when she's close to an opponent with 70% damage (much like Astral Heat conditions where the opponent needs to be at 30% health or below), she uses Sword of Destruction and instant kills them. I really love this mod. Probably one of the most dynamic mods I've ever seen for a SSB fighter. Her animations and aesthetics are interpreted extraordinarily well. But some major balance tweaking is what she needs here. Hopefully you can make this a viable SSB character that would be fun to play and play against.
Toning down damage won't help as hitting people isn't a problem with her and changing knockback would only make things worse (higher means she'll have an easier time killing people while lower would make it easier for her to get people to high enough % to kill them). Gravity Seed cooldown could work although I'd rather keep it the way it is as it's difficult to keep the enemy in range as it is and it's much easier to escape from than in original games. Teching is much more effective in the game and simply running works just as well. CPU is just kinda stupid about it. You can't detect how high the enemy's % is in Brawl for now. This FS is very short ranged anyway, so, a high reward is fine. A FS that kills so late with such short range would make it useless when a FAir or BAir can do the job without an item that spawns every 30 seconds. Nu isn't going to be fun to play against due to her character archetype alone. I can't think of a single game where she wasn't considered to be annoying to fight regardless of tier placement.

I actually haven't seen many matches with her, let alone hear anyone complain about fighting her. Though as you were mentioning about the Gravity Seed. Yes it could be easy to escape, but locking the enemy down with it when you're performing a combo with it. It's why she has two different cooldowns for Gravity Seed in the original games. The longest cooldown would be from hitting the opponent with it, causing them to float. So unless a smarter CPU or another player can convince me otherwise, I think the frequency of Gravity Seed makes escaping after a successful hit too difficult. As for her FS, if range is an issue, then you could do what I suggested by giving her two context-based FS's, or extend the hit box of the FS she has already. Either way, no other fighter in SSB has a FS that normally kills at a low percentage. I would like to see a real player play and/or fight against this Nu-13, and maybe I will stand corrected.
@@GawainW CTB is its own beast. Having assists and pushblock helps deal with zoners, but you don't get either in Smash. Gravity Seed here can't make the enemy float. I tried to replicate it, but it didn't work. You can see Roy fail to tech multiple times in the video, something that you should be doing if you get caught as the field keeps you low to the ground. She can bring you back there, but that requires predicting your actions. Critical Hit is an instant kill unless the stage is really bad. I think Triforce Slash also kills at low %, but the former has much higher knockback.

What do you mean? If you're talking about how it sounds a little muffled/compressed at times, it's because I had to squeeze everything into a file less than 1MB in size. Brawl system limitations are bad.

I am liking what you're doing with Nu-13. I'm just hoping she's balanced enough for people to enjoy having her in a match. I'd like to see a final result that's satisfactory. :)

What do you mean? If you're talking about how it sounds a little muffled/compressed at times, it's because I had to squeeze everything into a file less than 1MB in size. Brawl system limitations are bad.
