Mr. Maths, you broke this down to give me a complete understanding of parts I could not understand. I greatly appreciate it and wish I found your video earlier as I have an exam today.
Hi , I can see you have not replied on why 1.015 was what you needed to answer question 6. An explanation would make this clearer on why it is 1.015 and not 0.015 Thank you
seems to be much easier than maths level 3 9231/32 november 2020 paper, despite similar marks (50) and pass (A) mark (25 marks out of 50 marks), and only a level up. the level 1 maths paper I saw also title "functional skills maths level 1" was only a bit easier. I heard that "functional skills" was an alternative and equivalent for some people to gcse maths and a-level maths (and further maths).
Genuine question, Is there a reason on Q10 not to do 100% -27% =73%. 7346 / 73 = 100.63013 x 100 = 10063.013? Just seems more intuitive and easy to remember (at least for me)

I'm confused with question 6 - where did we get 1.015 from?
You are absolutely brilliant, step by step, just what I was looking for
Thank you 😊

I have an exam tomorrow and I've just come across your videos! They are fab, thank you for breaking it down, I'm so nervous 😬
Good luck!!
How did it go?
Hi, for problem number 6, I don't understand why 1.5% = 1.015 ? isn't it 0.015?
Hi I have been offered level 2 maths what does that include ? What tools do I need

For question 12 you stated to get 4.75m to a cm you have to divide by 100 and this gives you 475. You have to times by 100 to get this amount.

Thanku for this video... Got my FS level 2 tomorrow. Can I ask on question 4, why it was rounded up to 7 and not rounded to 6 please?🤔👍🏼

I liked that I just didn’t get why u times 100.63013 x 100? Where that 100 comes from ?
@@wagneralves5517 7346 / 73 figures out what 1% is so x100 will be 100% which is the brand new price
Question 12. Did you mean 4.75 x 100, as you said, divide ??
Q6 1,5% from every 1£ is 0,015 so it is 1,015£ bcs it is 1£+0,015 on top of every pound.
Question 6 for compound interest wasn’t explained properly
hi for q5 how did u get old median of 49.3?
£49,300 > 49.3
Question 8 why was 21.22 only to two decimal places and not rounded up
When I rotate to full screen I could see question 😔
Hey on cue number 2 where you said 36 by 4 =144 . l dont understand where you got the 4 and 36 from
You consider that 1hour = 4 x15 minutes ,therefore 4 x36 coins= 144 coins
Then 144 coins x 24hours= 3456 coins
Mr Maths ,Thank you for this video.
Could the check answer of question number 5 be :
87.6- 49.3 = 38.3
38.3+5.5=43.8 ?
