Cordless grinder or sabre saw simple if you put timber wedges in to splay apart cut as you go,only half a mil,cordless grinder switches off when it jams
I’ll say it again, very nice to see it done properly. I’m not a fan of short bed conversions, but THIS is how it’s done...all you hacks out there, take notes...
Only issue IMHO is that you lowered it. Can't stand a Carolina squat and really don't like a lowered truck. This ain't mexi Cali lol a truck should be a TRUCK! Otherwise a really amazing job. Tremendous skill and talent!

You should do a cutout with a 4 inch exhaust dump out the left side of the bed in front of the wheel now. That'd be pretty sweet lol

I honestly like the length without the back being cut down. Idk if its just me but it looks like a good length.
I prefer my 67 with a long bed, but at least you guys are doing a good job of it.
