    I don't know what that is called either but I just added it to my back workout list and I called it "dumbbell shrugs" so I know what I meant for my back workout tonight.

      I call it DB Trap Rows,since shrugs are usually for other muscle grouping

      @@shannongarrett4894 LOL,I try to include muscles being worked out on name of excercises I write down since many excercises are similar then I'll abbreviate off of that such as CC for cable crossover so a Bicep curl on cable crossover machine would be CC BC then that is not even going into angle or feet positions 😂

    Back is my favorite and biceps.. but I got 1 arm a bit smaller then the other. I'm right hand so it's my left arm. Lol. I'm trying to make it even, but it's hard
    I just started hitting the gym 2 weeks ago. But started working out at home for 2 and half months to work out the kinks. Lmfao. I'm 43 I used to pump and was 210lb. I'm 5"11 194lb. I started a cycle as well. Just to get things started. But was wondering if u had advice on body dismorphia like 1 arm smaller then the other. If u can assist that would be great

    Worked back last night did Lat Pulldowns and Low Rows.Was able to set an all time high for me on lat pulldown reps on the low weight 55lbs for 112 Reps plan on shattering that too.Started off with 120lbs,140lbs for low reps.Need to get back to working lower back my gym doesn't have much for lower back.

    I love training back because I do weighted pull-ups with 55 lbs while those causal 225 lb bench c*nts can’t even do 5 normal pull-ups.
