I had so much fun making bc gems for a super-set there, was doing 300% more than people in bis max level gear. I think I learned that from you? Ty for that it was amazing.
I don't think you were the only one doing that:) Btw Rogues seem to be having a field day right now so you might want to consider dipping your toes back in....
It makes it hard for Alliance to cap the central towers, since the bowers just melee attack you and interrupt constantly, even the commander can attack you from underground, it's so stupid.
Been using the tree exploit for a while now. Except uh, I'm Horde. I invis in, get inside the tree, and start blowing them to hell as they respawn. Mages can blink inside the tree. The position is really finnicky, but it'll work.
Blizzard:What is Q&A? Also Blizzard:Fun!? In our game!? How DARE you! *fun police snipes everything fun* Microsoft owning blizzard: what is proper GM support?(*fires 1200 GMs* bob from accounting can handle it all right?
I just play the game "as intended" so I'm not up on the hacking/cheating community. But from my limited understanding, Blizz has tech to tell if you're hacking/cheating that compares what your x-y-z coordinate actually is, with what it expects it to be. And if they don't match up, it simply disconnects you. What you call here a "soft disconnect." You've probably seen this tech in action since DF, when Dragonriding allowed a player to move so quickly, it's now quite common for your character to be in an x-y-z coordinate that the game doesn't think is possible without hacking. And so it disconnects you. At least everyone I know has experienced a soft disconnect when racing/ doing something very quickly while riding. The point of all this is to say: Blizz *KNOWS* you're hacking/cheating. And any time you're doing something that isn't Dragonriding-related which results in a soft-disconnect ... you should expect to get banned. A classic case of "they know, they just don't do anything about it..." but don't think they don't know. A soft disconnect that isn't the result of 800%+ movement speed means they know you're cheating.
With regard to shadow rift exploits it doesn't really matter whether they know or not. They don't care. They could easily just fill in the dc locations but they obviously don't want to spend an afternoon doing that.
@@archvaldor Right, exactly as I said toward the end. They *KNOW*, they just don't DO anything about it." But that's a much different reality than most hackers who think that just because they're getting away with something, they're outsmarting the content. Blizzard being lazy is absolutely not the same thing as Blizzard being stupid. The only stupid people are the ones you inevitably see posting on the official boards about how they "did nothing wrong" and yet got a ban.
How about a video on how I can exploit the game as a F2P player? They just recently removed our access to the warbank after months of us having it and I am on the verge of quitting 20 twinking again. Also since you had found it interesting about my comment with the valentines buff, let me tell you that during the TW strat UD banshee boss, my priest's holy fire one shots high lvls. A 73 told me I hit them for over 500k while they were MCed and just yesterday I 1shot a 79 warrior with Holy Fire as well.
That's actually how I first played wow, so yeah. That's a fun idea. The only reason I haven't done it already is that it would get very low views because youtube tends to throttle traffic to everything which they can't make ad bucks from, but I'll do it anyway at some point. Ty for the tw strat that is truly hysterical:)
@@archvaldor Ironically I have not been watching your more recent videos as they are all about leveling or gold making. Neither of which, I, as a f2p player since 2020 would care about. (Though even back when I did play with game time I didn't watch gold or leveling guides either, I prefer to level my own hyper specific way that would drive a sane person mad) I do like these pvp exploits however, esp when they pertain to Korraks as I can do Korraks.
@@archvaldor Additionally when I get MCed by that boss in Strat undead it takes my group ages to kill me. If I bubble right before they can't even break my bubble and it just falls off from duration instead, I expected them to one shot me as well but was the opposite lol
I mean, the OOB exploits are probably in vanilla/classic too, there's just no reasonable way to figure it out, and the zerg strat is a thing from players, can't really stop that unless you put guards everywhere that hit hard af and have like 50 mil hp lmao
Korrak isn't the same as vanilla ev. the stuff in stonehearth is caused by overlaying the game boundaries between multiple iterations of the game wrong.
@archvaldor I got an interesting bug that I've been facing myself. Alyx' anniversary event issues in phased zones (Pirate Foods and Superstitions. What a letdown). Been fighting with Blizzard about this one for weeks now and they basically tell me "too bad, write bug reports".
as a casual and having no idea about programming etc.. how is this possible to be in the game anyway? Arent there any protections of the game detecting if you are anywhere where you are not to supposed to be? like X Y or coords etc? And if you are there, you just get kicked out of the bg? The solution for that sounds so easy.
Determining what is and is not out of bounds is not easy and Blizzard can't do it properly. Blizzard do actually dc everybody who goes a way under the ground. This causes way more problems than it solves-there aren't that many exploiters, we do relatively little damage, there are way more players who fall through terrain and lose their toons permanently.
@@archvaldor but for examble on that one spott you can just run throw, cant they make an invisible wall there or some pixels you cant pass? you cant tell me that in the year 2025 there is no technologiy in programming that you cant fix issues like that with that money and ressources blizzard has^^
I was going to do Horde stuff but to be honest pvp is such a hard sell I in terms of limited views I couldn't justify the extra time for it. Or at least I thought I couldn't - vid is doing quite well so far.
If I felt it was 100% legit I would mention it here. So instead I'll drop my battletag and when I'm playing Hearthstone I might see you pop on WoW & at that point I'll fill you in on the unsavory details. Suffice to say here I am posting a comment. Chillin' at 33k subs. CaptainTrips#1192
those poor poor souls thinking any Xpack Except Pandaland was Peak pvp balance and class design miss those days will soon have those days back with classic and once its all said and done can move on from this game...that has fell off for years in the fun department and content etc.
I loved panda pvp but it wasn't exactly balanced... healers were way too important. The actual gameplay isn't that bad right now the issue is more to do with the lack of interest Blizzard has in pvp.

okay that demonic circle clip was hilarious. bonus points for doing it to the rogue named after nathanos

Was such a good time....I picked up a lot of friends there....
Happy New Year Archvaldor!
Happy New Year mate:)
If there's anything you can count on in this game, it is persistent and psychotic rogues thirsting for your blood.
Very true.
Imagine playing this version of the game, just a bunch of glitches, exploits, bots and ridiculous mounts.
That's my jam mate:)
Ironically vanilla was worse for bugs and took months to fix. Ouro is a prime example of that
Demonic Circles are true to their name. Reminds me how many hours I played this very battleground during the holidays. And I mean Alterac Valley.

Yeah that z-plane mechanic is weird. Very interesting for an exploiter, but incredibly irritating for a regular player.
Playing a lvl 20 Alliance Frost dk has been extremely painful in this BG
Ouch. Yeah there's not a lot you can do there. You can rack up hk's doing range attacks and running but its painful.
