HOW TO USE ALEXA ROUTINES WITH YALE SYNC SMART ALARM!!

Thanks to one of the latest updates in the Alexa app you can now issue custom commands in a routine. This means that for those that have a Yale Sync "smart alarm" or even any other alarm system that is "NOT COMPATIBLE" with routines, you can now make custom routines to use your device!

Thank you so much, it’s an absolutely huge let down that yale does not provide scheduling feature on their system. I was just about to return the item and shop around for a different system, but with this video I was able to do what I wanted. The trick of adding 4 digit code at the end of the command is a game changer. Thank you so much for sharing!!

Excellent work. Just wanna ask a question. Does this workaround work with location based routines? I want the alarm to disarm automatically when I arrive at home.
