- Izzie has been having lessons with Ann for the last few months, and also gets lots of practice driving with her Dad. Her driving is up to a good standard - but is it good enough to pass a real driving test? Today we will find out, as she will be doing a full mock test with Ann - complete with feedback at the end. Make sure you watch the end of the test....!

I passed my test today, and I don't think I would without your very well-produced videos!! No other driving channel comes close to the quality of the video you guys produce! Thank you very much, I wish you all the best I know your channel is and is going to help lots of people!
Great job!
Definitely 👍
Congratulations Izzie, enjoy your future driving and thanks for letting me sit in the back on your mock test!
Today I passed my driving test!
Thanks for the videos!
Great job - well done! 🚙👌🏼😃
Birds on the road are getting bolder, it seems. In my city I've had a few just sit there and wait for me to drive over them. We need a little spray module on the front of the car, so you can squirt the birds and force them to fly away.
I feel like the way the video was edited is better than majority.
the voiceover is also nice, clear and are at a decent pace. Kind of like Morgan Freeman on your sat nav.
And the examiner for the mock also does a good job.
Plus the pop up information for the faults are nicely edited, and non invasive (some use some "ding" sound when it comes out and it can be annoying).
Which really allows you to focus on the video and learn.
Congrats on the pass Izzie!
Thanks for the feedback - we like to take care with our production! 👍🏼
Totally agree. This is the most visually pleasing mock test video format I've seen and I'm about to binge the whole playlist now. BTW I passed my driving test last October, but I still like to watch the mock tests because they're so relaxing and it's nice seeing the beautiful countryside and scenery.
Congratulations Izzie! Well done!
I passed today with 4 minors and 0 lessons, I have done 40 hours on my own, maybe a little more, and watched your videos to know what checks to do and learn the manoeuvres, very helpful, it cost me £23 for theory and £62 practical passed first time. Did my licence for £85 in 2 months 😳 thank you so much ❤️
That’s awesome - well done 👍🏼
I am just gonna comment back and say Thanks for these Mock Test!
I just passed today with 1 minor! =)
The examiners were as chill as the ones in these mock videos and I kid you not, it is very similar to the real thing. Same steps, process etc.
Thanks again Advance Driving School for making time to make such videos!
Excellent! Well done for passing! 🚙👌🏼😃
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool Thank you!!
Congratulations to Izzie. I passed in May but still sometimes struggling with my manual car so thinking of looking at some automatics in the new year, just replaced the clutch on my 13 year old Golf yet still something not right with my car.
Thanks ADS . Very helpful as always
Congratulations to Izzy!
I passed my driving test today with only four minors. I had eight in my mock. Your videos have been so helpful on my journey. Many thanks.
Excellent - well done! 🚙👌🏼😃
Very helpful videos from AD.
Pass my test last year. Still watch AD's videos to refresh driving skills.
Thank you so much for your videos, I was able to pass my test watching these videos. Thank you again :)
Excellent - well done! 🚙👌🏼😃
Hi, Thank you so much for making such a helpful video, I passed my driving test after watching it. Thank you so much.
Glad it helped!
As someone with dyspraxia I chose automatic but the thing I struggle with is the speed limit, it’s much easier to speed and I keep getting faults on my mock for that 😅
Just remember why there are speed limits, and what could happen if you were speeding when an emergency happens. Staying under the speed limit is for everyone’s safety, not just because. Drive carefully!
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool I meant it’s easier to speed in automatic cars due to not having to change gears/progress speed etc. I’ll try and keep an eye on it and work on it tho.
today passed my test as 1 try i learned alot from your channel thank you :D
Great job!
She passed the test not by lucky, but she was smart enough to get a pass indeed. 😅
Even though I’m not allowed to drive ( I’m not sure if my medical issue allows me to drive.) I always enjoy watching your video
Thank you! I have passed !❤
Excellent - well done!
I passed at the first time. Unbelievable and amazing. The videos are really helpful. 💞❤️
Thanks to ADS, Ann and Izzie for this video. Please elaborate on the question on screen at timestamp 7:45. I don't fully understand why we shouldn't indicate left. How does it mislead drivers trying to join the roundabout?
If we indicate left before the roundabout other drivers will think we are taking the first exit and might pull out as approach them. Since we want the second exit we can only indicate once we pass the first exit - when our exit is next. It’s the same principle as turning left off a normal road. 👍🏼
Oh wow good for Izzie with her driving...I liked this video yes!!!!👍😅
Glad you liked it!!
well -done thanks so much
that staggered one was it signal right then left ?
and at the 6:11 at the roundabout she just signalled left to leave ?
“Happy” “Christmas “ 2023 Rocking around the Christmas Tree have a good one.
thanks so much for the videos all
year .
At the staggered crossroad you can either treat it as ‘straight ahead’ and not indicate at all, or as ‘right & left’ and indicate accordingly. Either is fine.
At the roundabout she was going straight ahead so her signalling was correct. 👍🏼
or ye I’m just asking for myself .
😀 thanks so much .
Can we use the hold feature and automatic electronic e brake during the practical driving test in the UK. Thank you in advance.
Yes, that’s fine to use on the test. 👍🏼
Hi, Thank you for your videos. This morning I passed my driving test at the first attempt with 2 minors
Excellent - very well done! 🚙👌🏼😄
@@AdvanceDrivingSchool Thank you
Have done 21.5 hours of lessons and have my test booked for the 16th of February! These videos are super helpful!
Good luck!! 🤞🏼
@@AdvanceDrivingSchoolThanks!!
Mine is on Tues
How did it go 🎉
At 21:53 ,she indicated let and I don’t think if she could see the car was coming that time , should she cancel the signal once she realises car is coming, or its too lat anyway
Thank you 😊
Yes, she should have cancelled her signal so the other driver knew she wasn't going to pull out before they passed.
She did well
Is this the first one narrated by Mat?
He has a great voiceover voice!
Thanks. It’s the first one for quite a while!
I dare say my pupil was "pootley" due to your pupil indicating right.Good defensive driving in my book.
On the first 3 minutes her steering in regards to position hands on the steering wheel it's.... Her left hand most of the time it's going to 4 o'clock position 🤔
Off topic but have you considering trying to drive once in the USA, e.g. Los Angeles?
We haven’t been there, but have driven a fair amount in Florida. 👍🏼
13,10 or 12 faults im confused
I didn’t understand what she had to do for her 12th fault,
Thanks
Izzie needed to stay closer to the left side of the road as she steered around the sharp band, in case another car was coming the other way. She let the car swing out into the middle of the road a little too much.
Why is there no parking ???
There is only one manoeuvre on each test - and this time they did the Right Reverse.
GEEZ!!!!! 😖😖😖😖😖 13 driving faults! This girl was lucky she "passed that fake driver's test, but then again, Britain has strict rules about driving a car that would not be allowed here in America, where it would be viewed as exacting. 😐😐😐😐😐
I guess from her driving style and confidence, she is already a licensed driver giving a mock test?
No - she is one of our real pupils, who has had about 30 hours of lessons with us. She took the real driving test a few weeks after filming this video.
