The technology is American 🙏 for sure,but to carry forward those technology,is not a short deal either 'nd they are not running/entirely running with the 1950~60's tech...... Alcos are upgraded many times using the Very Indian technology!

Why is that high pitch sound coming from chugging of that alco at 3:42 ?? (Not the horn, it's coming from chugging sound). I've seen this in many wdm 3 series alcos. Pls help
