I’ll be in Madison sometime this Sunday….I see your rig and am very likely to use it myself….I’ll be fishing from the bank in Lake Monana…Could I float this setup you think?…..Any and all tips would respected and useful…great video good sir and thanks!
I'll take that as a compliment if you think MY video is blowing this up, and not Today's Angler or when it was on TV 10 years ago 🙄. Never been a secret 🙉
I fish with suckers in a similar way, except I hook them in the back so I can actually cast them out since I am usually bank fishing. It does work down sizing bait, but the only crap part is....I've only caught pike, those snot rockets love suckers.
Another great video! Nice job!

Good job Noah! Sometimes the elephant wants a peanut!
That 58lber caught years back in Michigan just wanted a snack.. 6 inch sucker. Also the modern day legit world record.
Way to go!
ugh thanks for blowing this up

Love this so much ,Definitely my style of fishing simple!!!
So how far down do you run the sucker? And could I just do this same set up but under a bobber?
this finesse sucker technique is awesome, I fish the chain year round and see u out there. Keep it up!
Thanks Noah and Lee for the tip. Gonna give this a shot next time I run a sucker
Will the depthmaster downrigger rod work or should I get the ones that say planer board on them?
Makes absolutely no difference. Any moderate rod works
Very nice, works.
How to tie the 40lbs fluoro to the hook and the swivel?
I just use a regular clinch knot
So are you trolling with this setup?
Drifting or spot locked
