My first Xiaomi was (still is, not gonna be upgrading for a bit) the Mi 9 Lite (CC9), and it is hands down the best phone I've ever had. It takes great pictures that people look at and say "wow", it's fast, and on a more shallow note, the aesthetic beauty of the phone is just stunning, people at my school are mesmerized by it and always ask what kind of phone I have and if the back is a case. Whenever I explain that it's the back glass that comes with the phone, they're just speechless. The best phone experience I've ever had, plus I LOVE Xiaomi's software and skin. Definitely buying another Xiaomi when I upgrade

How long does it take you to colour grade your pictures, or is there some preset that your create that you than apply to all of them at once or do you do it individually file by file, I have no experience in lightroom or Photoshop lol.. But to get the beautiful pictures like you have created, then I'm willing to learn thank you.
I use lightroom it takes me about a minute or two.. I don't have a preset for it but typically if I have a photo-series I just edit the first one and copy-paste that to other photos in the same series. That way I might only have to do a minor tweak on the other photos from the series and this go very quick. It might take a little while to get the hang of it but when you do it's really the best app to quickly edit photos in

Is the 8K video a real 8K or a 6K upscaled to 8K? Heard that the Samsung sensor with 8K was exclusively for S20 Ultra and that Xiaomi got the "lesser" 6K version. Can you confirm with test?
For what I have seen this is actually 8K video (7680 × 4320) and I don't have the idea that this is upscaled as the noise and artifacts are really well controlled. I have seen a few clips of the Samsung S20 8K video and for what I have seen so far I believe that the 8K video of the Mi 10 looks much better. (The samsung seemed very noisy in some of the reviews that I have seen)

I'm really into the selfie game, currently using a Galaxy s10 because the front camera is Autofocus. Which phone can actually outperform my s10 in terms of front camera performance? Mi note 10 or Mi 10 pro? Thanks
It's actually a lot more accurate than I ever had before in any Xiaomi phone. It is less saturated and slightly less vibrant on the neutral settings (can adjust in camera settings). But I personally like the more neutral and less saturated colors on this phone because it is much (much!) more flexible when doing some small color adjustments when editing a photo in Lightroom. -Arguably not everyone would agree because not everyone really edits the color of their photos, but for those that don't you could increase the saturation in the camera settings... Hope that helps :)
It doesn't need to compete. It has already won. Great specs for a good price. Samung is overkill and now they're already on the same road as apple. Expensive for the brand recognition.
