  • Grow light Bok Choy is ready so time for a stir fry. At the same time my wife was making a batch of bagels using the Zojirushi bread maker so I slipped that in this video.

You are not an outlaw, you are a patriot! Another friend of mine does felting. It is an amazing hobby.

I am an outlaw since 2013 🤫. She is getting a little frustrated after stabbing herself a couple times because of her tremors. Hopefully she will master it. Thanks for watching.

That looks amazing, I’m looking forward to seeing the spring planting and garden videos. Thank you so much, it always gets me excited to work on my own raised beds.

Every year we celebrate the day the bok choy is ready with a stir fry. Bagels are easy to make but take time. Thanks for watching.

Your home must smell so welcoming with the bread cooking. When we were kids Mom used kerosene to cook with and heat the apartment. Use to have a 3 gal can that held the kerosene. I haven't thought of that in many years. We loved coming home to the bread smell when we were kids. Funny how one thing reminds you of something so long ago.Thank the Mrs. for letting us in on the cooking . Those bagels looked mouth watering. (Nothing better than soft and chewy bread)

At least twice a week that bread machine has been running since we bought it. Best air freshener ever. When I was a kid all our bread came from the A&P. We would go there late at night and get it for half price as they marked it down before closing. Thanks for watching.

They sure are a treat. Guess I should go grab some green beer 😲. In the town I grew up in we had an Irish bar. I would go there every St Patrick's Day and never once remembered leaving there or how I got home that night 🥺. What a party it would turn into. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for sharing the stir fry sauce recipe, looks delicious! Made the mistake of bringing in some flowers to overwinter in my grow room and have been battling white fly since. No lettuce or bok choy this year. Will be a late start to the garden for sure.

I recently found spider mites on my lemon and lime plants. Found a couple ladybugs in the wood pile and brought them inside. Mites seem to be gone but can't find the ladybugs 😳. That is a nice light sauce that works good with shrimp or chicken stir frys. Thanks for watching.

Your wife sure makes such delicious mouth-watering looking bagels. You have really gotten your money's worth out of that bread machine. Oh, now I need to make a stir fry. Yours looks so good and is SO much better than the sugary, syrupy, oily crap you get from Chinese restaurants. Oh -- every single year you make me kick myself for not starting my baby Bok Choy during winter! It is so perfect for a meal in a skillet and grows so fast. The season for it is over almost as soon as Spring gets here. A couple of hot days and it bolts so fast. A few evenings ago, I had some windows open and the pond frogs were singing and croaking, the Forsythia was starting to bloom, and the fat Robins were hopping around gorging on worms. Now, it feels like the Arctic again with brutal wind and cold! Typical N.E. early Spring weather right? This time of year is a challenge for me as I always seem to catch some lung bug after such a long, dark, dreary winter confined inside. Hope all is well with you both. You two are mightily blessed to have each other to share in everyday life as you do.

We love that bread machine and it didn't take long for her to warm up to it. You forgot to start bok choy again 😁. It is cold again and snowing right now. Crazy winter and I cannot complain. We had a scare last week. Dale got a piece of pretzel stuck behind her gum and it got infected. Dentist gave her antibiotics that she had a serious reaction to. Basically her whole body was covered with hives and she was purple like Barney. Doctor gave her steroids to calm it down and she had a reaction to that. Many trips to the doctor and pharmacy and now its finally cleared up after benadryl shots. Making bagels yesterday made her feel good. It was a week with no sleep. Glad it's over and time to get planting. Hopefully all is well with you and your family. Thanks for watching.

@@unemployedredneckhillbilly2023 Snowing here also right now. Well, it shouldn't stick at least. I don't have to go out in it until tomorrow. WOW what a nightmare for you guys! That must have been a miserable experience for Dale. God bless her. I hope she is feeling back up to par now. Steroids can really mess up your appetite and sleep. Thank God they got it under control. Have you all ever tried making your own fermented Milk Kefir? It has incredible benefits for the immune system and it might really help her with the allergies and sensitivities. I can not say enough good things about how it benefited my health. Was she a natural redhead? (They can be super sensitive and i see she is very fair.)

No, we haven't tried that. She drinks lots of milk and eats a lot of the greek yogurt. The Sjogrens has caused reactions to many drugs and there is no cure at this point. Her hair was brown but it turned gray before turning 30. She blames that on me 😲. It was red headed from a bottle of hair dye that went wrong once 😁. Apparently gray hair can be a problem when dying some colors and only certain pigmants sink in. Shiny grayish / redish for almost a month.

Bagels and stir fry look great.
Have made a ton of bagels, and yeah theyre a PITA but worth it. My tip is drain from the baking soda water on a wire rack or they can be like glue.
Have ya tried pretzels? Also fantastic and a pain, but dont keep well.

Hi 👋, URHC , That looks delicious, I love making Stir Fry, but I don’t do it very often because I am bye myself, not sure if I can make a lot and then freeze it, as I normally make my food in batches, Saturday night I made potato and fish pie, enough for about 10 portions,
I can smell the stirfry from here I’ll be round soon , 😂, keep up the great work. Stay safe., ps, hoping to lay my concrete base next week, weather permitting for my workshop at long last, 😂
